We visit here several times every year, and most of the time, things are great. Today, March 21st, 2024 at 3 p.m., we walked in. Nobody greeted us even though there were two employees sitting at a table. So we decided to start heading to a table when a woman (really a girl) rolled her eyes and said rudely, "How many." I said two. She said, again, rudely, "Small table!" Eventually, she brought menues to us and didn't say a word as she dropped everything on the table. I, at this time, am not returning a friendly stare. I asked my husband if he just wanted to leave... and he agreed the vibe was really bad. Not enjoyable at all. We are currently at Ruby Tuesdays enjoying much better, much friendlier atmosphere.

4 stars just because you get a lot of food for the price. The ramen is just okay, but I really like their mochiko chicken! It's crispy and just the right amount of sweet and savory. Their Mac salad is good too. Come during happy hour and get a ton of gyoza. They no longer have pickled radish with their fried rice tho, boo!

The food is good but their service and attitudes are very nasty. Entered the building and wasn’t greeted at all but when we stood up after waiting to be seated, we were approached like we were bothering them?! Won’t be going

Quick & yummy ramen. Not a long wait. Get what you pay for. I come here often when wanting some ramen when in the neighborhood

The person that served us was incredibly rude! I don't know her name but she was a younger girl with glasses and wore her hair in a pony tail. When my husband and I got into the restaurant she did not greet us, barely looked at us. We sat down, she tossed the menus on the table and walked away. My husband had to flag her down so she could take our order. She acted as if we were bothering her or inconveniencing her that we asked for our order to be taken. After taking our order, she quickly walked away, no pleasantries....not a word. Some of our food was served cold when it should have been. We called her over to place a to go over, again acted as if we were bothering her. She turned away really fast to leave and my husband had to flag her down again to get to go boxes. She put the check on the table, no word and then the boxes, no word. When we were waiting in line to pay, there was another family in front of us paying. This girl was smiling and told them "thank you for coming and have a great day". When it came to us, she snatched the check out of my husband's hand and our card with no eye contact and said no word at all. She ran the card, slapped the receipt and said nothing.... didn't even look at us. I have never in my life experienced anything like this before. After we left, I called the restaurant to file a complaint and she answered. I asked for the manager and she replied that they were not there. I asked for contact info, she claimed it didn't exist. I asked when the manager would be there, she didn't know. I asked for the corporate number, she didn't have that either. Side note, we sat right in front of the kitchen and I saw one of the cooks drinking his soda from his can and then went directly to cutting broccoli without washing his hands or wearing gloves. This place is terrible. The ramen is mediocre at best (the ramen broth had a weird taste to me. The chicken katsu curry was pretty good though). I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Workers are rude and the food was not that good. The broth tasted like dish water. I wish i could put zero stars.

My food was bland, the fried rice was more like steamed rice. Service was also terrible.
