This was one of the most unorganized restaurant experiences I've had. Our drinks took so long that we canceled them, yet they still arrived after the cancellation. We also weren't told they were out of cocktail sauce until the moment our food hit the table. At that point we just took everything to go so we could buy our own sauce and actually enjoy the meal at home. The soups were cold, and the drinks they eventually brought out barely had any alcohol in them. We ended up requesting to speak with a manager because it was the entire experience vs just one or two things where we could overlook. The manager Walt did come out, listened to what happened, and offered us a gift card, which we appreciated. But after this experience, we'll only be using it for takeout because we won't be dining in again.

There was a smell in the restaurant upon arrival that was off putting. It took an hour from the point of arrival before food came to the table, and the snow crab legs were tasteless. Ive not had worse crab legs in my life. The prices were decent, and the server tried his best. It wasn't his fault that the food was taking so long.

Good still good , some stuff like crab legs not much taste. Price definitely jumped up Higher . Service wasn't checking on us or forgetting what we needed

Good service but they took the only thing off the menu that I've been ordering for over 30 years. Live Maine Lobster stuffed. The waiter said I've been here a month I've never seen that. Would have been nice if he would have asked the kitchen if they could make it. Biscuits were different, really dry, no butter on top.
I feel like this restaurant will not be lasting too much longer. The service is slow, food is sub par and the dining area was warm, with no air conditioning.

Food is always good. Love the Lobster flatbread and the lobster stuffed baked potato. You can tell that they are currently short staffed though, but the staff is always polite and efficient. 4 stars only because they need a few more staff members.

2 servers for the whole place for a Friday night, 9pm reservation. No notice for last call prior to 945. Manager said they announced it but no one heard it. Still waiting on food at 10pm. Manager said cannot help because only one server handling several tables. Told Manager to hire more servers, just got shrugged off. Food finally came out, missing my son's order, had to reorder. By now no one hungry, full off of biscuits. Promised birthday dessert but none came. Only saving grace was my son's dish taken off the bill, due to having to order twice. Not a good experience after patronizing Red Lobster for 20+ years.

Sadly the food was a disappointment as we were served our order but was different than what we ordered didn't want to wait longer for them to get it right server was OK but she was busy . Thought we'd try it with the new management, but we were pretty disappointed. Not sure if we'll ever go back. 
Pleasantly surprised at our dinner tonight at Red Lobster. We did the ultimate feast with shrimp scampi, sirloin, shrimp Alfredo, lobster tail, broccoli and baked potato and everything was flavorful and done well. The scampi was slightly overcooked but not bad. We also had the seafood boil with Cajun butter which was light. The sausage and shrimp were cooked well but potato seemed old or that it was sitting out for a bit. Aleena our server was kind.

We arrived at 7:30 and were told there was a 40 minute wait. We waited 50 minutes. Then at 8:30 they call last call for alcohol. I requested a bottle of wine and management allowed it but explained the wine glass had to be pulled from table at 9:00 as per HI laws. Okay, no problem. Then we wait literally 50 minutes for our simple order (1 plain linguine, 2 Caesar salads, kids Mac n cheese, & mozzarella sticks). Mozzarella sticks arrive cold and I request another order. Server throws them back in fryer and there is cheese everywhere in the plate with empty tubes of fried crap. Our server never apologized or explained why the food took so long. He did blame the the “new cook.” We also got the enjoyment of hearing the server fight with another table about a $2 charge. The table was arguing the price of everything. Bad experience and food was subpar. I wish we had just ate at the hotel bar. Completely poor experience. We spent over 2 hours here which is crazy. Never again.

妻と2人でディナーに行ってきました。ラバーズデュオとボイルしたフレッシュロブスターをいただきました。 日本のレッドロブスターとはメニューは異なっていて種類も豊富でした。 平日だったからかそんなに混雑はしておらず落ち着いた雰囲気の中美味しくいただきました。 日本のファミレス的な作りではなくいわゆるアメリカのカジュアルなレストランでした。
