Sat down for a while before anyone came over. The food came out pretty quick, but everything was overcooked.

Calamari that we ordered wasn't defrosted so they comped us two other appetizers. Family portions were unclear so we were charged extra.

IMO avoid & spare yourself fm becoming disappointed at best: Hadn’t been to a Red Lobster in a while & went with my spouse & daughters last evening after 6. The lighting was a bit darker than expected & understand why now—the place could significantly benefit from a deep cleaning. The seat in booth we had was cracked & the torn part of the vinyl kinda dug into the back of my leg (hint: don’t wear shorts or mini skirt/dress). The table itself seemed ok just don’t touch the salt & pepper shakers. Not that the place was crowded (it wasn’t) we sat for at least 15 minutes before getting a water then another 15+ til we got to order. The server was definitely more interested in the party of 10 that was seated after us. Long story short: we were “mandatory” charged twice for a substitution for a protein they had run out of, gave my daughters food to another table and left us hanging for drinks for we kept repeatedly asking for.
Anyway if management wants to know who wrote this, I’m the one who paid that $211 + tip that server did NOT earn or deserve last night — that’s the absolute last $ yall ever get out of us; you’ll also know from my order ticket receipt which uncomfortable broken bench seat cover I referred & greasy salt & pepper shakers to wipe down.

The reason I gave a 1 star overall was because we booked this for a birthday and we arrived from an I ther country to celebrate and when we got to the Red lobster they advised us that they had no sirloin steak for the surf and turf and wanted to charge us an extra $10 for a smaller eye fillet steak. So why charge us an extra $10 on something that was not out fault they could not order properly. Then I asked for another corona beer and guess what..... they were out of corona as well. What a joke.!

I had reservations for 10. Our food took 1.5 hours to come. We had to ask for more drinks and were told it's coming out soon. Then one of my family members got their lunch late after everyone was served. The place was not crowded, actually pretty empty only 3 other tables of customers. The manager do not check in - not even sure who was in charge. Our waitress was not efficient and had to bring sauces that should have came with food snd we had to ask for cocktail sauce etc. It was obvious she lacked experience but instill tipped 20% caue maybe she was learning. I will not go back.

We had a great time service was awesome much MAHALO'S goes out to our Waitress Kristen we kept her very busy. She has a great personality so glad we got her but most we're so glad Red Lobster was open. We got to spend our Christmas Luncheon here other places I've checked was HIGH END I cannot afford. This won't be our first neither our last time coming here we will be back!👍 HAPPY NEW YEARS 2026 TO ALL OF YOUR STAFF!!

Terrible... An excuse was given for everything. Definitely not worth your time nor money spent. Very long wait for food. Flounder super thin, everything was subpar at minimum.

I did not enjoy this restaurant much. I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potato and coleslaw. The food taste could be better, the service was slow, we had to ask several times to get our order, the place is really cold too (I recommend to bring a jacket). My parents ordered the fish and ships, they were very disappointed about the size and the preparation of it.

My tradition I go to Red Lobster and I enjoy sitting there. When my son was in Oahu he took me so I've been coming here for quite some time. But on December 8th, around 1:30 p.m. Mary, the waitress was rude. I had to keep telling her I need it extra melted butter, tabasco sauce,spoon for my tea and one pack of sugar Mary said we don't have sugar substitute sugar, few more napkins by the time I was waiting my potato got cold. This is the first time I was so disappointed. But you need to tell Mary to make sure she brings everything to the table at one time. I've been going 18 years. Always in the afternoon. There was about 6 people there. It's about 18 miles from my home. Love the ride. See you next year for sure God Willing. And in between. Vasquez

Absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms were revolting and unsanitary—easily some of the filthiest I've ever seen in a restaurant. The carpet was filthy, frayed, and sticky, suggesting it hasn't been properly cleaned in a very long time. The dining area was dark and depressing. On top of that, multiple menu items were unavailable and every beer supposedly on tap was out. The food, however, was quite good relatively speaking. I personally will not be returning. Cleanliness is essential to any restaurant.
