Restaurant 604

I organised my mother in law’s birthday from New Zealand. It went so well . The venue was amazing , the staff were amazing and helpful. So grateful to everyone at 604. The food was generous and great. The cocktails were fabulous .

We drove 20 minutes and waited for another half an hour to get seated just for them to tell us they're under renovations so a minimal menu is available. Would have been nice to have that on Google or at least a sign posted somewhere and no waste people's time.

Went there for lunch on Friday at about 1130a. Same area as Arizona memorial. No reservation needed.
Sufficient parking in gravel lot. Atmosphere is kind of grimmy. The server was really friendly and helpful. Menu is limited and not the same as what is on the website. Had cocktail sip and sway (its on the rocks and alittle strong) and lilikoi blended (i didn't like the whip cream). Had the spinach artichoke dip (good), salmon bombs (tasty) and the grilled chicken wrap (chicken breast too thick). I might give this place another chance.

Nice spot for great pub food and wonderful views.

A lot of tourists and the kitchen was closed for renovation. The butter fish tasted extremely fishy. The chicken Caesar wrap was no good. The best thing there was their clam chowder which tasted like a re-seasoned can of Progresso.

We are regulars at 604 and was looking forward to eating their popular pupu's. However, the grill and fryer was not working. The food options were limited. We had the nachos and chicken caesar wrap and it was terrible. The manager Kauai was very kind explaining the situation. Sadly, we decided to leave. I hope they fix this situation soon.

My husband's steak was overcooked.

Ashlyn, our waitress, was very unfriendly. The speed of service was OK, but she was very short with us when she DID speak to us.
With other tables available, she came to us and asked us to leave when she had not come to pick up our check.

I would have come back but I like friendly service. Ashlyn is not an asset to your company.

The menu offered was nothing like the menu offered. Limited selections and the chicken was a cold anemic boiled piece of meat. I ordered a cobb salad, $23 and could not eat it. The pulled pork items were ok. Server was pleasant and the view was nice. If it was not next to a tourist attraction, I can’t imagine it would still be open.

Fish was bland and not served hot. Meals didn't come out together. Overall a real disappointment

Looked like a good place. Food was horrible. Half of my daughter's clams didn't open. The chicken breast on my salad came out of the ice box. Fries were cold on all the dishes. I'll drink here but never eat again.

We were pleasantly surprised by almost everything here. The service was very good, they were not afraid to make suggestions and they did so with a smile
Food was delivered quickly, and the view was wonderful (except for a short time prior to sunset, which was brutal at our table). Oh, and the food was good and not as expensive as I expected for Honolulu.
I apparently lost all the food photos except for the kids' meals.

The service was pleasant and friendly. Our food was delivered to us in a timely manor, it was hot and delicious. We will definitely come back!! Nothing but a great experience.

I do not know why this place is rated so highly. The atmosphere and view from the table is good, but the food was not that great. We ordered the Miso Butterfish and the Spinach Crusted Salmon. The butterfish was good but it was literally 2 small bites! I couldn’t believe how small of a portion it was. The salmon on the other hand was not good. It seems like they took a piece of salmon and dumped spinach artichoke dip on top of it and then drizzled miso sauce over it. Flavors did not work for me. I would not recommend this place unless your only coming here for drinks
