We had lunch on the terrace. Enjoy Italian food under the blue skies of Oahu. There is also a Japanese menu.The staff was smiling and friendly, and even took photos for me.The food was delicious and plentiful, and we took the leftovers to go.

We hadn't been here in 2 years and this experience was great. The food was excellent; the lobster bisque, lasagna bolognese and create your own pasta. The cocktails were affordable, delicious and potent enough to satisfy. Service was great as well: servers were friendly, attentive and efficient. We will definitely be back.

The food, service, and atmosphere was excellent. The crew working today (3/8) at around 6:00pm were amazing! Today I ordered a brick oven pizza that came out barely burnt (which tasted delicious); the manager made the decision to make me a new one because my original one was “burnt”. I really appreciated the service and felt they went above and beyond with their quality control. Roni was an excellent waitress and made sure my partner and I were tended to and had everything we needed (-: will definitely be coming back!

This is the best place at Ala Moana Shopping Center for a great Italian lunch. The staff here is always so friendly and capable. Great menu items to choose from but we often end up with getting the same thing each time because we love it so much...the chicken parm! They know how to cook the pasta...al dente! They have nice salads too. The tiramisu is delicious. Portions are plentiful. Great choices for wine too, by glass or bottle. While we usually enjoy lunch at a table or booth, we have also gone many times for eating at the bar in the early evening.

We had a good dining experience. Portion size of steak & mash potatoes was ok but chicken Marsala was delicious. Fried mozzarella was tasty but small portion for $16- Dessert tray was ok but I wish they had a gelato that was lighter option after a heavy meal. Service was great ?

My family enjoyed the whole meal. The lasagna and tiramisu was delicious. The service was great. The server went out of her way to check for an ingredient that one of my guests was allergic too.

From the moment we walked in we had a warm welcome. Our server Brandon was joyous, delightful and so very awesome!! His service was top notch. Very personable. Food was great. From the mozzarella sticks to desert, everything was hot and delicious. Steak cooked to perfection. Will be back.
The worse Macaroni Grill franchise I have been to. The $18 to $22 dollar Entree salads looked more like side salads. My daughters and son were still hungry. Will never go to any MG again.
Disappointed in menu post-COVID. They used to offer a spinach-orzo salad that was great, but I this visit I had to settle for not-interesting chicken Caesar salad. Noise level was low because it was after the lunch rush (as planned). But, the server was almost rude. He walked away twice (we were sort of mid-sentence), then had to be hailed to take our order and give us the check. Regret he just didn't seem interested; he seemed quite distracted. Sorry for his bummer-day, but it did affect my rating.

Had a reservation and still waited 25 min to be seated, again was busy but I feel like that shouldn't happen. Staff was friendly and nice, but the service was slow, though I feel it was our waiter. The drinks where good can't complain there.
Valentine's Day. Had reservations for 6:30. Got there around 6:20 and sat us. Ordered special valentines meal around 6:30. About 45 minutes later, we got appetizer. Around 45 minutes later we got meal. I ordered (medium) steak. It arrived Rare and center was cold. Mashed potatoes cold. Told waiter. Manager came over and comp'd my meal. Place was full and I think they had fill in cooks. Will never go back.

My wife and I enjoyed a pre-Valentine's dinner at Macaroni Grill in Ala Moana Center. The service was OK--seemed a little short-staffed--but the food more than made up for it. DELICIOUS and perfectly seasoned!

I ordered the chicken picatta. It was excellent! We went at 530pm. Wasn't busy. Super fast service but didn't seem pre-made. Fresh and delicious. Boyfriend had sirloin. Looked thick 1.5 inches . He said it was a good cut of meat.
