Abusy, busy, busy place! It took a bite to get a table, but it's a Friday night in a tourist town. The manager greeted me with a sincere, friendly smile. He was running a smooth "ship". My server got me my pizza super fast. I just wish I had told her, crispy or well done. The pizza still tasted good. (Fresh ingredients)The whole crew was doing a fantastic job during a very busy, humid dinner rush.

The gourmet garden pizza was super good. Very good service, pizza came out quickly and hot from the oven. Nice clean environment. Loved the convenience having this restaurant just downstairs from our hotel.

I want to give this five stars because the food was excellent and the server was great. The Maui Zaui pizza was perfect, and my wife loved her garlic chicken pizza as well.However, the bathrooms are filthy and old, which felt out of place in an otherwise clean restaurant. Also, an employee pounded aggressively on both the men and women's bathroom door while they were in use because he couldn't wait to pee.

For folks staying at the Hilton Hawaiian, it's close, it's decent, it's fine enough. Not the worst, not the best. Kids won't notice the difference. If you're not staying at the hotel, find yourself another pizza joint.

Expect to pay way too much for this pizza! Very expensive and the quality wasn’t great. The crust was like cardboard. The toppings were just OK.If they tell you 20 minutes when ordered online, expect the wait time to be double that too. The guys at the counter seemed not to care either when you bring that to their attention. Fix the timing on your online ordering system!
This is probably the worst round table ever for one. They don’t answer their phone second employees are so rude and have no compassion towards the customers and third. How do you literally run out of food and you guys only have one option of crust management really needs to step up or the owner needs to come see what his restaurant is looking like because they’re definitely going to lose business.

We had dinner here with a group of more than 50 people and the service was impeccable. Nick, the manager, planned everything for us perfectly. Our server was Fran and she was a star, she was efficient, friendly and made sure all of our students had everything they needed, and she did it with a smile on her face. If you have a big group or a small group, this is the place for a good meal at a reasonable price. Thank you Nick and Fran

We went on a Wednesday night and were seated immediately. Service was very fast and the pizza wasn't revolutionary, but it was very good. Much better than I expected it to be, honestly.In fact, we enjoyed our first experience so much that we went back for a second time on a Sunday night, and we were less impressed. The wait was longer than they told us it would be (by about 25 min), it took a long time for them to take our orders, and the pizza that night had a disproportionate amount of cheese on it, to the point that it wasn't nearly as appetizing as it was the first night.So, I would say, if you can avoid the crowds, and you like no-fuss pizza, this is a great option.
