Exceptional. My wife is vegetarian and ordered the butterfish, ate it all, that tells you anything….service was absolutely phenomenal. Everything was perfect. Dine here.
Celebrated a birthday while visiting Hawaii and Roy's was the perfect place to have a memorable experience. Food was excellent and the service was fantastic! Highly recommend the chocolate souffle!

Would have been fine but we never got our entrees. The tables around us all got entrées dessert and were done. Our waiter just kept saying the kitchen was having trouble but never checked on our food. He also never said your food is on the way. I think he forgot to order it so we left. Very disappointed
Food and service was great as always! Only downside was the hostess forgot to fully check us in which added 15 minutes of waiting time and was only caught because I asked about why other parties were sat ahead of us.
It was a great experience all around. We celebrated our daughter's birthday and the staff helped make it a special occasion! The food and drinks were as fantastic as the staff!

Amazing food and amazing service. The server was sweet and knowledgeable and the every food item was amazing. We had the garlic shrimp and the waikiki combo (mahi mahi and short rib) and both were spectacular.
Overly salty food is the dominant reason for poor rating. Roys ribs, usually are smaller, we were served chunks that needed to be cut and separated- glaze too salty. Butterfish- soy soaked and too salty- barely tasted any fish flavor. Salad was good. Everything especially drinks overpriced.

Have been going to Roy's locations ever since our honeymoon over 26 years ago and have rarely been disappointed. Enjoyed a lovely meal on the outside dining area complete with tiki torches to set the mood. Food was great, wine was good. Solid experience overall. A little pricey but nothing out of the ordinary for Waikiki.

We have been eating at Roy's restaurants for over 30 years. The food was definitely not up to par. The crab cakes were tasteless. The appetizer with the short ribs were very fatty. The Caesar Salad needed croutons and again, more seasoning! The chocolate soufflé was the usual spectacular dessert, however, and did not disappoint.

I would have to say it is by far the best Roy's we've been to. That includes Palm Springs, Anaheim, Pasadena (when they were still there) Waikoloa, and Ko Olina! The absolute best service and food. The only draw back was the drunk table next to us were really loud. Not your fault.

All Roy's have continued to disappoint over last 5yrs or so. This will be my last trip. Most food was mediocre and service was poor. Sushi rood was good, mac nut fish was bad, and pineapple upside down cake was awful.
