Service is everything. Our waiter, Derek, was always on it., he's awesome as well as the other staff members that brought out our food and the managers that would check up on us till the very end when we walked out the door. Extremely nice and friendly staff.

We made a reservation for our anniversary and were shown to a table next to the entrance. Since it was next to the entrance, there were many people coming and going, and it was not appropriate for an anniversary table. I decided to give a low rating when we were shown to that table. I will never choose this restaurant again for an important day.
First time to Ruth Chris and it exceeded all expectations. Our server, Brian, is excellent and you can tell he is great at what he does. The food and wine were fabulous! Thanks for a great evening.

The Fillet mignon was So delicious and soft&juicy. T bone steak was great too, I strongly recommend fillet mignon! mashed potato, seafood gumbo, salad.. everything was perfect. It was a little disappointing that the table was narrow and the passage was crowded. Nevertheless, the service was excellent and I was fully satisfied.

The staff, kudos especially to Brian our waiter, were personable and professional. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the sides, especially the au gratin potatoes, were stellar. We saved our final vacation dining experience for this fine Waikīkī restaurant. Do not miss out on this wonderful experience.
