Ruth's Chris Steak House

The staff was awesome. It was my husband's 85th birthday, and they made him feel special.

We hear several occasions like birthday and Mother’s Day. The service as far as the food was slow but our waiter gave us a heads up that they were slammed so we ordered so appetizers.

It seems as though it's hit or miss there as people have had good experiences there while others don't. So it seems as though they pick and choose who they rather provide a good experience or not. I don't know because I can't think of any other reason why some reviews are very good and some are very bad. My experience was not good and our party was very pleasant. Very disappointed.

Food was great. Met all expectations.
The service was AMAZING. That's what made the experience worth while. Price is high, but reasonable for what you get.

This is a special occasion restaurant that we go to celebrate birthdays in our family. The service from Erik was fantastic.

Delicious food, great service, & complimentary birthday treats for 2 of our family members. Very enjoyable evening for our family of 8. We will definitely return in the future.

This was our first time eating at Ruth's Chris Steak House and it was a dining experience we will forever remember i booked it for our 1st Year wedding anniversary and mentioned that when booking the reservation and when we sat down at the table they had fresh rose petals on the table and greeted us with complimentary champagne .We both had the bone-in rib eye and added a lobster tail and every bite was magical the lobster tail was so amazing i ordered another one lmao which is something i have never done so that tells you a lot . Our waiter was amazing and then after dinner we were given strawberries that were on fire and they even gave us a anniversary card with a $20 dollar gift card for the next time we come to Hawaii which we will be eating here again A+++++++++ all the way around

Ruth’s is always consistently good! Hawaii, Florida, North Carolina; the food is predictably delicious with impeccable service.

Lobster: Was on the smaller side but it was so fresh and so juicy with great flavor

11oz Filet:
The cook it just right and it is better than 90% of steaks ive had out

Ny Strip:
very flavorful

Shrimp cocktail:
Large shrimps x4

lobster mac:
Actually had some nice pieces of lobster

Chilean sea bass:
Small portion! Very moist and fresh taste fantastic

Wine -Chianti:
was nice and dry great taste

Overall I am very satisfied with my dinner for 5 and a toddler
it cost $628.00 with tip

If I went back I woukd get like 5 lobster tails.

Way Over Priced all in my opinion!

Best steak in town. Better because it's corn fed “finished “ beef not the stringy, acrid,grass fed gristle today's food-woke institutions tout these days. Well cooked and served without the pretentiousness of haute cuisine

Excellent waiter, Alan was very attentive and charming!

Waited almost 1 hour for 1 steak and 1 soup we had been given our salads 1 hour before our meals were cooked the waitress was rude had written down our order wrong. This is my first time in Hawaii. I am a visitor from New Zealand
I received1st class customer service from Dennys...
Now that is saying something...very disappointed 😞 do not recommend dining here unless you are on a starvation diet
