David and the entire staff was incredible at aerving us! Food was good but I chose this Ruth Chris because of the service.

This is a special occasion restaurant that we go to celebrate birthdays in our family. The service from Erik was fantastic.

Delicious food, great service, & complimentary birthday treats for 2 of our family members. Very enjoyable evening for our family of 8. We will definitely return in the future.

This was our first time eating at Ruth's Chris Steak House and it was a dining experience we will forever remember i booked it for our 1st Year wedding anniversary and mentioned that when booking the reservation and when we sat down at the table they had fresh rose petals on the table and greeted us with complimentary champagne .We both had the bone-in rib eye and added a lobster tail and every bite was magical the lobster tail was so amazing i ordered another one lmao which is something i have never done so that tells you a lot . Our waiter was amazing and then after dinner we were given strawberries that were on fire and they even gave us a anniversary card with a $20 dollar gift card for the next time we come to Hawaii which we will be eating here again A+++++++++ all the way around

Best steak in town. Better because it's corn fed “finished “ beef not the stringy, acrid,grass fed gristle today's food-woke institutions tout these days. Well cooked and served without the pretentiousness of haute cuisine

Just as great as we remembered it being. My husband and I recently went back to celebrate our anniversary. Hadn’t been there for a couple years, but we used to go every year without fail. It was great to see that it’s still a great place to celebrate our anniversary. The staff - from manager, to kitchen staff, to servers, to busboys - everyone was on their A-game. Filets didn’t disappoint. They were cooked to perfection and were delicious!!! Looking forward to going back - probably for no special occasion, and definitely for our anniversary next year.

I absolutely love this location, especially when it comes to placing my holiday orders. I’m usually not a fan of sweet potato dishes, but theirs is unbelievably good – definitely a must-try! 10/10.

There’s plenty of parking available in the garage, and the service is consistently excellent. The bartender is fantastic – not only did he recommend the sweet potato dish, but he also makes the best drinks. Highly recommend!

We had the best meal of our holidays in Hawaii here! Can highly recommend! The food, service and atmosphere! Everything was perfect! A bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it if you love good steak.

Came here to celebrate our 9th anniversary and Ruth Chris did not fail to make our special day even more special! Shout out to JC and her superb customer service. The food was exquisitely delectable. Highly recommend this location to celebrate your special moments. We previously dined at the Waikiki Location and this location provides greater intimacy and privacy.
