Sandy's Place is actually Hot Spot now. Two korean sisters run the spot as best they can. Doors open around 9ish AM. Most of the regulars start rolling in soon after. Consisting mostly of retired gentlemen its a relaxing atmosphere. In the afternoon the old timers have gotten a little loose and hit the jukebox with oldies which I love. Pupus(hors d'oeuvres) is offered by which ever sister is cooking or prepared something that day. This is free of charge so remember to tip accordingly. As the day winds down the after work crews roll in. A changing of the guard so to speak as the older men find their taxi home. A great place to watch the game or the fights. Things usually wrap up between around 10 to 11PM. Quite a long haul for the sisters and usually the younger generation helps with closing duties. A very relaxing if not Hot Spot indeed. See ya there! I'll be on the far end of the bar playing video games on my laptop over free wi-fi.

Quaint little pupu hostess bar with a lot of personality. Great place to have a few drinks watch the games and hangout. The owner, Sandy, is there most of the time and she is so hospitable. Great to talk to, very loving person and has an excellent personality. Opens around 430-500pm m-sat, closed Sun except on special occasions like NFL playoffs she'll be open this Sunday. $2.00 happy hour domestic beers, they even serve green tea, soda, Coors Cutter and Odouls for you non-drinkers. Great place, come check it out.!!
