Still good tasting, fresh, and reliable Italian food. I like that the spaghetti noodles have slices of garlic in them, big enough to pluck out if you don't like them, but tasty when you leave them.

At one time, my go to for the pizza slices and calzones. My last visit revealed otherwise. The sausage pepperoni mushroom pizza was stale and not flavorful. I should have known when I was served a piece consolidated with other different pizzas on a single pan. It was a disappointment, not the Sbarro I loved in the past.

I got to be honest I've tried them at pearlridge shopping center disappointed. Spaghetti and pasta all watered down no flavor whatsoever. The meat sauce is so bland... the only good thing from here was the fruit punch. Ala Moana sbarro customer service absolutely sucks. The lady greeted us with a warm welcome asking if we had any questions and when I did ask for a spaghetti I said can I get it with a combo breadsticks and drink I'll pay extra she said no it's only if you get the entree size... she grabbed the sizes out and literally said the sizes are right infront of you!! HOW RUDE!! I will definitely not come back here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone it's really a waste of money and customer service awful.... I tried giving this place a chance again after not being here so long but it just gets more disappointing time after time! Thank you lady for the rude service!! Truly how could someone be like that...
Sbarro on toll road in U.S. is WAY BETTER! this stuff sux. Way to spicey sausage. And there's really no decent pie in oahu. Don't waste your money on any of them. Just wait until you get home

They used to be good, esp their Spinach Stromboli! I got one today, the spinach was stuffed at the exposed ends, but hardly any inside. Barely any cheese either. Marinara sauce is watery with hardly any flavor. One less thing to get at Ala Moana Food Court. Sad, another place bites the dust.

I tried to give this place a chance, but it keeps on disappointing me. The quality of the food is quite sad. The combination pizza slice should just be plain cheese because the other ingredients add no flavor whatsoever. The pepperoni was sliced super thin and there were more onions than anything else. [FYI: Costco pizza is much better and cheaper, too!] The spaghetti and meatballs is equally bland (probably from all of the water content - maybe they're trying to cut costs by diluting their sauce? IDK, but it sure seems like it). The noodles were also overcooked. The wilted caesar salad leaves much to be desired, too. Moreover, the prices are inflated way too much for what you get. Yeah, the portions are large, but does it taste good? I'd take quality over quantity any day if I'm paying as much as they're charging, especially nowadays!
