Very cozy restaurant with an active live view of the kitchen. The drink presentation was splendid and delicious. The food was appropriately portioned and so rich in flavor.
Wonderful restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. The food and drinks were exceptional. The service was great and our server was helpful in assisting with our selections.
We have been to Senia before and it is always a great experience. The four of us pick several snacks from the top of the menu and fill in with various sides. We have never been disappointed and this time we tried the Roasted Bone Marrow, what a treat! Josh, our waiter said we would pick this every time we come back and he is right! We also loved the mushroom and cheese tarts with the gruyere foam and mushroom powder. There was a discussion about another order but, we had several more dishes coming. Kabocha Squash Agnolotti is a must for the many flavors. Yikes everything was great!
Majority of the food and service was good. Let down on the flat iron steak share meal taste and value. The alcohol drink was also just ok, not great. Service is good and place was ambient was nice. However, by the way other clients are wearing, you can tell this is not a higher end restaurant that price to be.
Incredible experience. I done all over the old and each dish was truly spectacular, unique & delicious!
Everything was absolutely delicious . Great food great cocktails and great service . Very much reccomend this
The food was great and the server was very helpful in choosing menu items for party of 4 people.
Outstanding in many ways - service, food, ambiance. I am in awe of the flavors in the cauliflower plate!! Absolutely a dream - the creativity and complexity of this chef's dishes deserve the highest acclaim.
This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been too. We come to Waikiki twice a year and this is always one of the highlights of the trip. Our waiter Shannon was so professional and warm and knowledgeable. Can't wait to go back
The restaurant was hard to find (no clear signage) thus making parking close to the restaurant difficult - especially difficult at night. This is a somewhat casual restaurant - however the server was attentive and did an excellent job explaining the dishes. I ordered a Freddie cocktail and it was delicious. We ordered and enjoyed the cheese and mushroom tart best of all. We also ordered 2 veggies and the lamb dishes. We thought they were over flavored - the sauces overcame the taste of the underlying veggies and meat. The chefs were creative, but in my opinion, the food needed some tweaking.

The food is phenomenal. I had the tasting menu, and couldn't quite tell you my favorites because they were all so good. The white guy sushi was wonderful, but I still dream about the combination of an Alsace Pinot Gris with Foie gras with honey & cranberry. Loved the vibes and the mastery of flavors. If I were to find anything to criticize, it would be that the truffles have too much cocoa fat. I still ate all of them.
Nice atmosphere. Lovely decor. Fantastic service. And most importantly, the food was exceptional!
The Chef's Table is an extraordinary culinary experience blending local fresh flavors with highly inventive dishes. It is not to be missed.
I enjoyed dinner for myself at the counter. I enjoyed the open kitchen. The service was good, very attentive. I didn't enjoy the cocktails as much, the flavors of the cocktails were mute; I prefer more spirit-forward and bold. My favorite dish was actually from the snack menu - the venison tartare. The bone marrow was also good, and the scallops were alright but not memorable. I wanted to try the grilled salad but it was out of stock as was one pasta dish.
While the food was quite good our party of three felt the service was a bit lacking from our server. Two of us in the party had no prior experience in the way the restaurant food was presented in what our server explained was in “shared” portions severed in the middle of the table with portions enough for all. While this was new to us we asked a few simple questions and he explained them well. However when ordering the flat iron steak entree he told us that it would be cooked medium rare and asked if that was ok? When we asked it to be medium well he said “no”. When we asked why not he explained that it was too thin of a cut of meat and it would have to be either be medium rare or well done and that was the only two options as it was too difficult to gauge medium well being so thin. This was a viable reason so we chose the well done option. After choosing that option it was if this was an insult somehow and his attitude seemed to change to where we felt he showed little attention to us going forward. Another server brought things as they were ready sometimes which is not at all unusual it just seemed he was not very engaging with us. After paying and on the way out neither he nor the other server close to the exit acknowledged our departing which we all thought was odd being ignored considering the amount of money that we had just spent. Again the food was very good but the service was not as we expected.
