A great fast Mexican food place. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. I got the burrito bowl with chicken. Like other places you pick the rice and beans and then 6 toppings. Guacamole is no extra which is nice.

I’m from Maui and whenever I have the chance to visit Honolulu, I would go to this place immediately. Their Birria Tacos and Quesadilla Birrias are so delicious! The consomé is full of flavor as well! Their service is amazing! Really friendly workers and really understanding. The Horchata is such a great combination with my food as well! This place is a must go! Thank you!

I order from this place all the time and usually it’s really reliable. Recently ordered a burrito bowl and when it arrived was missing the protein AND the base of romaine. Was just a bowl full of toppings. Extremely disappointed and won’t be eating here

Ordered Uber eats. Got a bowl and it was 90% rice. Meat portion is kind of small. Would be nice to double it and less rice. but--- overall the flavor was great. The hot salsa was delicious: I needed 3 to really enjoy it. The queso and chips were good and not stale. I'll probably go in person next time to customize better.

Very disappointing experience. Took forever, and in the end they were not able to provide food that I paid for. I would strongly recommend you spend your dining dollars elsewhere. No food is worth this level of frustration. Major fail.
It's another day on the road and lunchtime! I have more option at Ala Moana food court. Senior Pepe! I ordered Burria Tacos with consommé. It's such a good hype on mainland that I had to try this. The lady was smiling and nice. However, food court was a bit noisy... my stomach rang louder! The beef tacos had a real beefy flavor with little onions and radish for a bite, but the consommé gave it a real juiciness and succulence. Jezz! I had to really hold onto the taco as not to drop all the beef and onions into the consommé. All in all, I really enjoyed it. Still, I crave those tacos! Ciao!

This is my new favorite Mexican place to go instead of Taco Bell. Better quality and options than I anticipated. I've been to Ala Moana all my life and always saw Senor Pepe's, but never made an effort to try to eat there. This place is so much better than Taco Bell. The deep-fried street tacos, refried beans, rice, and Mexican soda were the best. I'd rather eat here TBH.

I ubered my order so I can't comment on service but the food...terrible! An oversized chicken burrito filled with 80% beans and the rest was shredded chicken. A taco salad with a rancid fried taco shell, tasteless ground beef that looked like it had been reheated a number of times and what kind of cheese was that on top?!? Really bad. I just wasted $40.

Do not recommend this restaurant. Service need improvement as well as the quality of the food.I went here today for lunch. I ordered a carne asada fries. I didn’t know it comes with tones of cheese and salsa.I tough it was just the fries with chicken nothing else.I went back to jet them know I could eat cheese. The attendant wasn’t not too happy. She said it comes with all those things (menu posted does not stay that)They redid the fries, but the second time I picked my toppings. What a surprise the chopped tomato was rotten, smell and tasted weird. I ended up dumping majority of the food.Never again.
