Great place! Here on vacation and Was tired of all the seafood places and wanted something away from that area. Hit up Serg's after Manoa Falls. Was not disappointed. Went with their famous flautas. It's a large long flauta but perfectly crisp still. I tasted a delicious smokiness in the chicken I got. Their crema and veggie toppings were perfect additon. The RICE was amazing. Bought a second portion. Medium salsa had same smokiness as the chicken. I Hope your experience is as good as mine! Good luck.

Great Mexican food. This place has been an establishment in Manoa for many years. Some of the best Mexican food in the island. Although sometimes the beans are a little undercooked, and carnitas a little dry.

Foreign object found in food. I came into Serg’s today 9/1/25 for lunch and ordered a fajita steak burrito. The burrito was particularly damp and full of liquid which is whatever so I decided to continue eating it with a fork and knife. I found a 4 inch long piece of sharp metal in the fajita/steak mix. Really regret not taking a picture. I showed them and they refunded my money. I can’t imagine how that would have torn up my mouth if I would have continued eating like a regular burrito. I now have a headache an hour later and hoping it’s not related to whatever that was 😣

Nachos chips were tough. The chips looked saturated with oil. Inedible. We picked up our order 10 minutes early and it was prewrapped so we didn’t see the food. Over the phone they said we must have picked up late.

The food at Serg’s is always consistent. My family loves the tacos (very busy on Taco Tuesday). I’m a fan of the shrimp enchiladas with verde sauce. You order at the window and wait for your number to be called. Enjoy sitting on the covered lanai and sitting at the picnic tables. And, for beverages, they have horchata, agua fresca and various Jaritos flavors. Craving Mexican? Stop here!

I had a craving for chili relleno and my favorite place for that was closed so we went to Serg's. I was very pleased that it was available, tasty, and filling. I also brought premade margaritas from home 😋. I will be going back to have it again. My husband was very happy with his burrito 🌯, We also love the flautas.
