This plate just kept getting better and better. It was seriously loaded with so much food (my husband and I ordered the Shaloha Plate and shared it); plenty for 2 people! The food was layered and under each layer of delicious food was another equally delicious side. Our favorites were the falafel, eggplant, cabbage and the rice. The rice was so sticky and flavorful, the falafel was amazingly crunchy and the eggplant was hot and cooked perfectly. While cabbage can often be seen as filler, this cabbage was a salad with a delicious dressing that we couldn't get enough of. We loved every bite!

Absolutely love this place! Been here a bunch of times and it never misses. Everything is great. Prices seem high but the portions are huge. Ordering ahead is a must as there's only the owner working the front and the cook in the back.

I had the Shaloha Plate and my wife had the Falafel plate. Portions are huge and we made three meals from each plate. The seasoned rice and cabbage salads were outstanding and Pita bread was thrown in as well. Didn't really try the extra sauces as the seasonings were spot on. Service was very friendly and while a little pricey for one plate not so much if that one plate can stretch into 3 meals.

Absolutely delicious food! Order anything and you will be delighted. Service is excellent, catering is also awesome. We are huge fans of Shaloha!!

At first glance, shaloha's mix plates look a little pricey, but once you get one you realize why. One mixed plate is more than enough for two adults. Not only that, it comes with fresh pita bread, the best on the island. They are always busy, so be sure to order online and pick up. This is a takeout restaurant only.

This little hole-in-the-wall Iranian restaurant serves up some great food. My go to is the Shaloha plate which is always packed to the top and you get a little bit of everything. I definitely recommend getting a few extra sauces, their hot sauce and tahini are really tasty. The falafel is some of the best I've had, lots of flavor and extra crispy in the outside with a soft texture inside.

We were told to find this Israeli restaurant in Honolulu. It is only a takeout place. We ordered the combo plate and the pita chips which was more than enough for the two of us. Was a short Lyft ride back to our Waikiki beach resort where we could enjoy this delicious meal!

Amazing food! They catered for my son's 1st birthday and everyone loved it. Highly recommend them.

Food was decent. Tried the chicken shawarma bowl. It came with 3 kinds of salad, hummus, 3 pitas and lots of rice. Rice was sticky. Be prepared to wait for the order to be ready. There was only one person so we waited a good 30 minutes for one plate. Oh yes, $24 for a plate seemed pricey.

Best to go in and order because I tried calling and I guess they dont have much help and my phone calls werent being answered. I went in person and there was 1 girl working in the front and 1 guy in the back. I understood why my phone call wasn't answered. Service did take a little long. All good with me :) just keep that in mind if you come here. Lots and lots of food for the price. There was lots of food in the shaloha combo plate and everything looked good! I'm a stranger to this cuisine and didn't know how to eat it, and what sauces go with what, and some tastes I was not accustomed to, but I'm sure this will fill the right person's belly right up. Everything was fresh and flavorful. And you could tell it was good for you just by looking at it. So colorful and vibrant! I really enjoyed the falafel!
