A good addition to the collection of boba places in Ala Moana. Prices look high at first glance, but some of the drinks already include a topping and the size of all drinks is equivalent to a Large at other boba places. Tried the Classic Milk Tea and Hawaii Fruit Tea. Both tasted good, and the boba was good quality too. Service was fast.

even 30% sweet Boba tea is still way too sweets. creama tea is just alright. It tasted like there are still some powders undissolved. Said 20% off but actually no discount when pay.

Make sure to order your drink with less ice — these drinks run upwards of $7, and my cup was filled to the top with ice… it was gone in just a few sips.Workers were nice, but after I approached them about the amount of ice in my drink (they could tell I was unhappy about something before I approached the counter), I was left waiting until they finished making the drinks of the customers in front of me.

They always let me do less ice on the mojito but this time they didn't let me.. literally NOTHING but ice. I felt like I've been scammed cuz I didn't get to drink anything. Please let us adjust the ice levels, because the amount of ice they put in there is just insane.

After living in Hawaii for 19 years and trying numerous new boba places, I must say Sharetea is the only boba tea joint I've tried on island that nailed down the right texture for boba like the ones I loved growing up in Taiwan. FINALLY!!!!!

Great location at Macy's side of Ala Moana. I usually get the regular milk tea and it's on the stronger side which I like. Recommend this place if looking for some milk tea at Ala Moana.

We come at 8:13pm and order a peach tea , waited 20 minutes for just 2 drinks , when it came out there's no peach flavor at all and super bitter so we asked the girl that make our drink to add more peach in it and it was a white girl that made it and she say her name is Christy , she have a lot of attitude when we nicely asked her to fix the drink by just adding more of the peach syrup but she add more tea and a tiny bit of syrup so it even more water down omg !! we gotta wait for her to fix the drink twice !! When we left it was 8:40 ! NEVER COME BACK ,WORST customer service ever !!!!
I used to be a huge fan and promoter of the Ala Moana Sharetea location, but tonight was a different experience. I ordered 2 blended Thai teas at different sweetness levels. I heard the girl taking our order (Barista #1) tell her colleague (Barista #2) to make both drinks at the lower sweetness level and add more sweetener to the higher sweetness level. Barista #2 started making both drinks. She first filled the first cup, then when she filled the second cup, she realized she didn't have enough. She threw what she made back in the blender and added more sugar and tea to blend and then looked at Barista #1 with an "uh oh" look.Then Barista #1 takes over and tries to salvage the leftovers, but can't. She then starts over on the second drink, but it was a cup of ice with hints of black tea and powder not blended well. The first drink was too sweet and not blended well. They remade both drinks, but both still tasted like water with hints of black tea and powder. I don't think adding more things after first blending is the solution. I really appreciate them remaking our drinks, but I was not happy with the drinks.

There are many Boba Tea's to choose from on Oahu. This is one that I would not recommend. Cailey was working that day, and she was very rude and did not have knowledge of the menu. She said they do not have matcha green tea blended, but there is a large poster with a picture of it right in front of the window. Also, I wanted Bulba and pudding, but she said there could only be one topping. That does not make sense if you are paying. Bad management or training. Suppose their policy is OK, but treat your customers with respect. I spent $44 for a family of 6. Go somewhere else, and I guarantee it will be better.

Tried the strawberry ice blended with lychee jelly and ice cream, which was efficiently prepared and ready with minimal wait time. Note: you cannot adjust the sweetness level for this drink, and they'll also ask whether you'd like the ice cream on the bottom or on top.

The boba was great texture and very yummy but the tea.. the tea was okay. I took a risk and got Taro at an unfamiliar tea place and it’s ok but there’s something I don’t quite like about it and I’m not sure why. Could be because the powder wasn’t completely mixed in and there were a lot of clumps everywhere that I noticed after I put the straw so I couldnt reshake
