Staff was super nice and always helpful. Luau was amazing and on site! Nice pool with hot tub. Waikiki Beach is literally out the front door of the hotel. Valet parking had my car for me everyday by the time I got downstairs. View from our room was absolutely amazing. Room was spacious and clean with housekeeping offered everyday of our stay. Free water bottles in room with filling stations throughout the hotel. Very centrally located so easy to walk to stores, activities, restaurants. would stay 100 more times!

Currently on a 7 night stay here. They have asked us to take out our own trash, have suspended all housekeeping, closed the club, no valet parking. I can't even get clean linens for my bed. Stay elsewhere if you have any options.

2024 Update: As of June 2023 the SHOR is no longer available for dinner, as it is now only offering breakfast and is a buffet style restaurant. Such a shame to lose this wonderful dining experience in the Heart of Waikiki!

Let’s start out with staff has been great. All downhill since then. Got checked in. No hot water. They fixed that. Then found blood stains on one bed, and a big stain right in the middle of the other bed. Some oily film all over the table and tv stand table. Someone’s chew is all over the floor between the beds. Garbage and food under the bed.

Called a few times, female operator (who refused to provide her name) had a very nasty attitude. I don’t understand why you can’t even speak to a manager either. It seems like all the employees can treat costumer like they feel like. You need to have a manager in site at all time to be in charge for unexpected situation.

Beautiful property. I was well taken care of at front desk by Ray. He went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I got a Beautiful room for our honeymoon. He was very welcoming attentive and informative. High marks for this hyatt staff. The room was clean spacious and overlooked the water. Will definitely be returning.
