Restaurant was very clean and organized. Food was fresh and hot, the only problem I had was the variety of food. Service was top tier and so was the views from the deck.

We were staying in the hotel and needed breakfast very early because of an early tour, so we chose Shor for their breakfast buffet because of their convenient location and they open early. The food was all so delicious (especially the bacon, they cook bacon right). The service was very attentive and friendly. The view was a welcoming start for the day, and the buffet filled us up for a full day of exploring the island.

Breakfast buffet is $43 a person! I walked in, took one lap through the buffet, and asked for a refund. Selection was okay but not comparable to breakfast out in town and certainly not worth $43.

Staff was super nice and always helpful. Luau was amazing and on site! Nice pool with hot tub. Waikiki Beach is literally out the front door of the hotel. Valet parking had my car for me everyday by the time I got downstairs. View from our room was absolutely amazing. Room was spacious and clean with housekeeping offered everyday of our stay. Free water bottles in room with filling stations throughout the hotel. Very centrally located so easy to walk to stores, activities, restaurants. would stay 100 more times!
Delicious breakfast buffet! Omelet station, eggs Benedict, steamed fish, noodles, miso soup, fresh fruit, French toast, danish.....so good! The atmosphere is beautiful as well and the service was wonderful!🥰
