Staff was super nice and always helpful. Luau was amazing and on site! Nice pool with hot tub. Waikiki Beach is literally out the front door of the hotel. Valet parking had my car for me everyday by the time I got downstairs. View from our room was absolutely amazing. Room was spacious and clean with housekeeping offered everyday of our stay. Free water bottles in room with filling stations throughout the hotel. Very centrally located so easy to walk to stores, activities, restaurants....

Great dining experience from start to finish! Friendly staff, delicious food and a beautiful sunset from the third floor balcony! Highly recommend for a special night out overlooking Waikiki Beach!

2024 Update: As of June 2023 the SHOR is no longer available for dinner, as it is now only offering breakfast and is a buffet style restaurant. Such a shame to lose this wonderful dining experience in the Heart of Waikiki!
