Idk what happened a few years ago to make people upset, but I just discovered this food truck at the Pearl Country Club's monthly market and everything I've eaten has been AMAZING. tonight I got the artichoke, chicken, and spinach casserole and it is perfectly cheesy, soft, and decadent without being greasy or making me feel sick. I love it so much that I'm eating it as I write this review! 😂
