This has no business being as good as it is in a mall food court. So much flavor! I got the shrimp pineapple curry with blue rice. It also came with half an egg, cucumber, peanuts and little dried fish. I didn't quite finishe it, so it was more like a meal and a half for me. This white girl can't handle spice so I appreciate that it was not spicy but still had so much flavor!

Probably the best Laksa I’ve had in the United States. I got the meat version but i’ve also had the seafood as well and that one is just as amazing . I recommend adding some spice if you want to!

SingMaTei is situated within a food court. Despite being standard pricing for the food court, SingMaTei stands out for its Malaysian and Singaporean cuisine. It did appreciate the short lines and prompt service make up for it. I ordered the lemongrass chicken with white rice and tried the blue coconut rice. The blue rice tasted more like lemongrass than coconut so it was misleading. I appreciated the generous portions, which could easily serve two. The dish's flavor was okay, and the chicken was cooked with a good texture. The ambiance was busy, particularly due to the holiday atmosphere at the mall.

Overall, my experience was positive.

Had the seafood laksa. I'd rate it the best in US. Tasted like the ones in Singapore. Highly recommend.
Missed Hainan chicken rice, only available Fri-Sun. Will be back.

The staff was not friendly or helpful at all. The food was mediocre. I ordered a lemongrass chicken and it was basically a chicken teriyaki. They put only a little bit of sambal and peanuts. We asked for more and offered to pay for it, they said they can't give us any without any explanation. They just said "NO" with a very annoyed face.

Outside of the UK and Malaysia, the broth of the Laksa from this food court establishment is comparable to what I had come to expect. I truly enjoyed the broth - balanced, spicy, and not too thick or watered down.

I ordered a chicken Laksa which is good, soup base is made with pork, chicken and coconut milk. Portion is big. However staff was not friendly, no smile no Thank you (I was extremely friendly to her. Didn't ask for any alternate for my order)?maybe she has a bad day....

Food was okay, bought it when they had promo so it was decently cheap.

The only issue is they need to get better quality forks.

I’ve never heard of this kind of food before, but I tried the Laksa and it was so beyond delicious! It was so yummy!
