Sistah Truck

If this is the same "Sistah" that is currently in the Beer Lab kitchen, YUMMMMMY!!!

Caught them in front of First Hawaiian Bank. As always, my gauge is the Loco Moco. The burger was... a burger... and the gravy wasn’t quite brown enough for me to consider this a real Loco Moco. But, on the first bite, all is forgiven. I wish I could’ve sat at a park or table and enjoy the meal, but my hunger wouldn’t wait for my 3 block walk home. Ate this standing up next to the bank... and couldn’t stop because it was so Ono!!! I see that she is normally at UH-Manoa but with this quarantine going on, we gotta do a little hunting. I can’t wait to try the next item.

This is one of my favorite food trucks! Usually they can be found on the UH Manoa campus or on Punchbowl Street. I love their crispy chicken katsu, wagyu burger and mushroom gravy!
