Online ordering available and really convenient. They are located inside of beer lab at Pearl ridge. Food goes great with the beer available. The wagyu burger is a must. Fries tastes similar to curly fries from jack on the box, but 100 times better. Definitely will be coming back.

Stopped at Beer lab but they serve Sistah food, so I figure I'd review Sistah rather than beer lab as it's for the food portion. Beer lab is located in pearlridge in the old farrell's on the macy's side of the mall. You go up to the bar to get your vaccination card checked and order beer if you so choose to. Ordering food is really easy via QR menu code, then they just bring out the food to your table. Everything sounded really good so it was hard to choose, we ended up ordering kimchee cheese dip with king's hawaiian bread, a wagyu patty with gravy plate, and this teriyaki beef sushi thing. All the dishes were really good! I liked the kimchee cheese dip as it was flavorful and the bread was wonderfully toasted to hold all that cheese. The teriyaki beef was really interesting, it was a little hard to eat as it took two bites to eat rather than just a single bite like you would regular sushi. While you're there you can do a separate tab to get beer, all the food ordering is paid via the webpage that the QR code takes you to. All their dishes sound really good and seems like they change pretty often, gotta go back next time i'm in the area and order more!

My dad read an article in the newspaper about this place. When I looked them up, I saw that they were in Beer Lab, so happy since it's located near my house. Ordering is effortless; there is no walk-up to order, everything is done online, even payment. There is no contact with anyone. The menu is limited but what they do serve up is just amazing, and delicious food. I ordered the loco moco with mushroom gravy and also the Huli Huli chicken plate with teriyaki sauce. Both dishes came with two sides that included a small salad, corn, and two healing scoops of rice. Growing up, I was never a huge fan of loco moco because usually, the brown gravy is too salty. I love this loco moco because it's drenched with white mushroom gravy, and it just elevates the locomoco to a whole other level. The waygyu hamburger was thick and juicy. Everything is made to order; the Huli Huli chicken plate took quite a while to cook. The chicken was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of teriyaki sauce on it. It didn't taste as if the chicken was cooking in teriyaki sauce but poured over after it was cooked. I did order from here a second time, and I ordered the tater tot nachos. It was loaded with cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, crumbles of bacon, cilantro cream sauce and topped with slices of jalapeno. I took this home but I have to admit it would have tasted much better had I eaten it right away. The tater tots were a little more oily then I would have liked. Overall, I would go back just for the locomoco.

You have to try this place. I think I tried everything on the menu and I honestly cannot choose my favorite. Everything was soooooo amazing. And the sisters were so nice. It's local places like this that we need to support. Come and check this place out...you will be pleasantly surprised.

The food is delicious!!!!! We had the garlic cheese naan, Korean pork sliders, chicken katsu, & beef potstickers! Everything was good! They put their own twist to the food. Very clean, spacious, fast service, & they follow all the covid protocols. Definitely coming back! The beers are delicious and the tables are pretty spread out! My new favorite spot after shopping at Pearlridge mall!

We were having a couple of beers at BeerLab HI in Pearlridge when we decided to order some food at Sistah, as they have a kitchen in the same space. Ordering was done online via QR code. Their menu was simple, which I actually appreciate because sometimes I can be a victim of decision fatigue. Our food was ready in less than 15 minutes and we got a text when it was ready to pick up at the counter. My husband ordered the Wagyu burger and I chose the fish katsu with the highly recommended garlic butter rice. Hubby said the burger was "good" but he didn't seem too impressed by it. We both agreed the fries were perfectly crisp and tasty. I really loved my meal. The fish wasn't greasy at all, and the furikake sauce that came with was amazing. I wanted to eat a whole pot of that garlic butter rice! Sistah has elevated local-style bar food that pairs perfectly with BeerLab beer.

Just finished their Wagyu Loco Moco. It was incredibly delicious and I am a very satisfied and content customer!! My experience at Sistah's started yesterday. I had heard about them around Social Media, plus they are close to home, using the kitchen at Beer Lab HI, Pearlridge. Only thing is they weren't open. They share kitchen space with Flyin ahi and La Birria so they are there on Tuesday 11-5pm and all day Wednesday to Friday. Ordering online Google beerlab Pearlridge . Click on Pearlridge BIG | Beer Lab. Choose Order from the kitchen. On your mobile device you can go to beerlabhi.com Click on the 3 dots and choose Pearlridge Kitchen. This is the site you want: Don't forget to try the beer they have available. You won't be disappointed. Beer Lab has a great atmosphere of goodness and sharing, featuring local produce and supporting small businesses . I had the kombucha which they make and can locally. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I had a great time getting food from here. My special tip pair your meal with a beer- they will recommend what pairs well. The bitters in the beer support digestion of a heavy meal!

zero interaction with the staff so i cant rate their customer service. but also means its super easy to order & pickup, definitely a covid19 contactless experience. as of right now theyre still sharing the beer labs kitchen with flyin ahi, and now la birria tacos on tuesday nights too. go to beerlabs kitchen website, which if you dont know what it is already can be kind of hard to find. on the labs webpage, you have to go the their pearlridge location, and then on the right side you'll see the link to order from the kitchen. if you click the main link on the banner at the top thats just for their beer. otherwise here you go! super easy to order online, and the food is prepared pretty fast too. walk in to beer lab, and theres a separate counter on the ewa side, about halfway down, and pickup your food when its ready. they just leave it on the counter when its done, and send you a text message. what i like most about them is that they change up the menu every so often. while a few of the dishes stay consistent, they also add in a few specialty dishes every day/week. keeps things fresh! they also seem to have a wide range of dishes. while the norm is korean inspired, last week they did a mexican hotdog. bacon wrapped dog, melted cheese, mushrooms, peppers and a side of fries. so good! so definitely follow their instagram stories so you know what all that new new is!

Operates from the Beer lab HI kitchen. Ordering is easy, scan the Barcode and the menu pops up, order online only. Pick up food right at the table outside the kitchen door. Went for lunch and the food was ready a few minutes before the given time. Text message sent when food is ready. Hubby had fish tacos. Corn tortillas are street truck style, not fried and crispy. Good, but he likes crispy taco shells when made of corn. Fish was good, topped with a coleslaw with apples. Sauce was nice and spicy. Came with tsunami fries - awesome! I had the Korean fried chicken plate - yummy! Chicken was nicely fried, juicy inside, tasty, with a good sauce. Mac salad was more Japanese style. Elbow pasta was cooked perfectly-nice and al dente, with bits of imitation crab, green veggies - very pretty. Not enough mayo, though and I'm not a lover of mac salad with loads of mayo... Beer Lab bartender is super nice and explains everything to first timers like us. You order your drinks, get water at the bar. Decor is really nice. Tables are nicely social distanced. We will be back for dinner and drinks soon.

Sistahs is a good truck that rents out the kitchen of beer lab in pearlridge a few days a week. Ordering was super easy, you scan the QR code they have posted all over the bar and you make order through that or you go on beer labs website to order. My boyfriend and I came here to get dinner and the nice bartender showed us how to order through the website. We ordered the kalbi and the loco moco and walked around the mall while we waited for their text that our order was ready. It was a quick wait and we had our food in 15 minutes. Even though we ordered take out, the food still tasted so good! We had to eat in the car outside of the house since it was pouring really hard that night and we couldn't get out. Despite eating in the car, the food was very flavorful and tasted great even when cold! The rice for the kalbi was amazing and worked well with the saffron pieces sprinkled over it. The loco moco was smothered in creamy gravy with a runny egg. There was no part of the dish we didn't like. I would definitely want to try the food when it's warm next time because if it tastes good cold, it has to taste even better fresh!

We didn't know what to expect when we ordered from Sistah. She has a small menu, which to me, honestly, is a good sign. It means they know what they're doing. It also means the few things they do, they do well. And boy, did she deliver! Located in BeerLab inside Pearlridge Mall (old Applebees), she does dinner service a few times a week. Check the BeerLab kitchen schedule to see who's cooking when, so you won't be disappointed. She's usually there Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Friday, but it rotates sometimes, so check first. Ordering is super easy!! You walk in, find the QR code, and scan away. The menu and ordering platform will pop up on your phone, you order, pay, and then wait for your goodies to come out. There is a small opening from the kitchen with a table set out, so when your order is ready, it is placed there. The order and receipt is placed with the food, so there is no mix-up and yes, it's really that easy! The chicken katsu with mushroom gravy was SO GOOD! The katsu was still crispy when we got home, and the gravy was a nice, different take on this traditional dish. My husband ordered the huli huli chicken--I think it was on special. OMG. Blown away. Every single piece of chicken was tender, flavorful, and there wasn't a morsel left. There was even this magical gochujang flavored sauce that was drizzled on the rice, hiding on the chicken! Talk about a hidden treasure! Anywho, we also thoroughly enjoyed the potato mac salad, which definitely was Korean style. Yum!! Can't wait to go back and try all her food! Thank you, Sistah, for something close by that is seriously good eats!

I first learned of the Sistah truck from when they'd be at UH Manoa campus every day. I love the chicken katsu, I would get it basically once a week. I'm so happy that the Sistah is now partnering with Beerlab Pearlridge! Their original menu is available with specials as well. Everything tastes delicious, as always. The owners are also very kind.

Caught them in front of First Hawaiian Bank. As always, my gauge is the Loco Moco. The burger was... a burger... and the gravy wasn’t quite brown enough for me to consider this a real Loco Moco. But, on the first bite, all is forgiven. I wish I could’ve sat at a park or table and enjoy the meal, but my hunger wouldn’t wait for my 3 block walk home. Ate this standing up next to the bank... and couldn’t stop because it was so Ono!!! I see that she is normally at UH-Manoa but with this quarantine going on, we gotta do a little hunting. I can’t wait to try the next item.
