This cute shop offers ice cream pies (both dairy and non-dairy), ice cream cakes, cookies, and even fancy shave ice. I've loved ice cream pies and cakes since I was a kid—they were always my birthday request 😋.
The day we visited, it was a bit rainy, and we even saw a double rainbow 🌈—truly magical. After coming down the hill, we grabbed a few ice cream pie slices to share: Snuggy Bear, Matcha Cookies & Cream, and Caramel Banana Butterfinger. We devoured them right away—they were sooo good!
There are parking spots right in front, which makes visiting super convenient. We also got to meet the incredibly talented and hardworking chefs/owners and their adorable dachshund 🥰.
Can’t wait to come back next time I’m on the island and try more of their delicious treats!Such a fun spot with treats for both people and pups!

The ice cream cake slices are delicious but the costumer service lacks very single time I’ve visited. $9.50 per slice you would think it’ll be more welcoming. Time to support a different local business.

I was lucky enough to be gifted the Bibingka Brownies by a family member. And omg, it was a flavor explosion in my mouth. Moist, not too sweet, delectable and perfect!!!! I looked up this business and saw all the unique ice cream pie and ice cream cake flavors and am planning a trip to Honolulu soon to taste everything on the menu!!! They have such innovative and exciting flavors, I can’t wait to put them in my mouth!!!!

I got chance to visit this HB Baking during my vacation in February 2025… a very pleasant experience in the midst of our family Hawaii trip! I especially enjoyed my slice of ice cream pie along with a great ambiance of the bakery. Of course, my kiddos smashed their pie slices as well. Additionally, I got a chance to try some of the various snacks including the macadamia nut brownies and the buttery delicious snack balls of goodness called Davies Doodles… so glad I got a couple of extras each for the trip home. Thank you Heather, for all the great suggestions!
I writing this review a little late because I finished the last of the return snacks this week, and I am so sad I don’t have more. I’m actually trying to figure out how I can get resupplied in California! If you get a chance, make this a “to-do” item while in Hawaii!

Truly a hidden gem. Ice cream cupcakes?!! Hibiki ice cream?!!Custom two layered ice cream cakes?!I am shocked that this place isn't popping off ...yet. I had their skittles cupcake and hibiki ice cream the first time. For take out, I got my wife the smores and ube cupcakes to go. I couldn't stop craving it so I was back the next week. I also bought a custom skittles cake for a friend's birthday and everyone was blown away by it. I requested a rainbow skittles cake and the meringue was just awesome. Though skittles wasn't everyone's favorite as it is tart. Any skittles fan will love this cake.
Parking: Shared parking lot but I've been able to find parking every time easily.
Small place in a part of Kapahulu area I’ve never been (Kilohana Square)-then again I’m from the opposite side of the island lol. It’s a little shopping center tucked away near the freeway on Kapahulu, and if you love ice cream cake then you’ll enjoy these ice cream cakes, pies, and cupcakes! I wish i lived near by ??
Parking: I came in the evening (7pm) and there were a lot of parking spots nearby.

My family ordered 4 different items. All 4 were beyond description. It's not just "pie" or "cake". It's like a tightly composed culinary dessert. They're cold enough that you could easily pick up a few and take them home or back to a hotel. Or you can eat at the little counter seating area in the shop. The people there were also very nice.

My fiancee's 28th birthday cake. I got one pie with two flavors: Strawberry Shortcake and Snuggy Bear for a total of $77. It looks very cool. The coffee is not sweet coffee type but it worked because the bottom of Snuggy is sweet. I do not drink any coffee but its yummy. Yes, it is expensive but this and one other thing are my gifts to him. Plus, last year Slice was relocating this time of year so I was not able to get his b-day cake from them. I splurged this time. It is not heavy or greasy but I wish it was heavier because as is, I can eat a lot and it feels like I ate nothing so the cake is not lasting as long as other Slice cakes I had. I expected a "cheat meal" "feel good" kinda pie. This is just my take and critique. The flavors are thought out and fiancee is happy.
