Sooooo o o o o delicious! Heather and her creations are very sweet and turned a simple ice cream run into a memorable, special experience. We will be returning to try ALL the ice cream flavors, cakes and pies. Boozy scoops are winner! Bailey's and coffee?!? Amazing!!

We can’t wait to go back! We loved everything we tried - matcha Oreo cake and the strawberry cake. My 5yo and 2yo shared the shave ice and said it was THE BEST EVER - and they’ve eaten a lot of shave ice. Thanks for making delicious and quality desserts…definitely made with love!

Well done! Showed up right before closing and treated us like family (the good kind of family). Pies were delicious. My favorite was the banana butterfinger. So good. We’ll definitely be back often.

This cute shop offers ice cream pies (both dairy and non-dairy), ice cream cakes, cookies, and even fancy shave ice. I've loved ice cream pies and cakes since I was a kid—they were always my birthday request 😋.
The day we visited, it was a bit rainy, and we even saw a double rainbow 🌈—truly magical. After coming down the hill, we grabbed a few ice cream pie slices to share: Snuggy Bear, Matcha Cookies & Cream, and Caramel Banana Butterfinger. We devoured them right away—they were sooo good!
There are parking spots right in front, which makes visiting super convenient. We also got to meet the incredibly talented and hardworking chefs/owners and their adorable dachshund 🥰.
Can’t wait to come back next time I’m on the island and try more of their delicious treats!Such a fun spot with treats for both people and pups!

The ice cream cake slices are delicious but the costumer service lacks very single time I’ve visited. $9.50 per slice you would think it’ll be more welcoming. Time to support a different local business.
Amazing service. Absolutely the best I've experience so far. They were nice enough to let me charge my phone while I wait for my friend get his haircut.

I was lucky enough to be gifted the Bibingka Brownies by a family member. And omg, it was a flavor explosion in my mouth. Moist, not too sweet, delectable and perfect!!!! I looked up this business and saw all the unique ice cream pie and ice cream cake flavors and am planning a trip to Honolulu soon to taste everything on the menu!!! They have such innovative and exciting flavors, I can’t wait to put them in my mouth!!!!

I got chance to visit this HB Baking during my vacation in February 2025… a very pleasant experience in the midst of our family Hawaii trip! I especially enjoyed my slice of ice cream pie along with a great ambiance of the bakery. Of course, my kiddos smashed their pie slices as well. Additionally, I got a chance to try some of the various snacks including the macadamia nut brownies and the buttery delicious snack balls of goodness called Davies Doodles… so glad I got a couple of extras each for the trip home. Thank you Heather, for all the great suggestions!
I writing this review a little late because I finished the last of the return snacks this week, and I am so sad I don’t have more. I’m actually trying to figure out how I can get resupplied in California! If you get a chance, make this a “to-do” item while in Hawaii!
