Checked the hours on google maps. They say they're open. Arrive at 4pm, closed for 30 minutes. Mill around for 30 minutes & come back. Still closed. Another 12 minutes & they finally open. I decided to go elsewhere. If you bother to put your hours up for customers, bother to keep them accurate. It's an unforced error that lost you money.

However, I found that the bread overpowered the other flavors, and I have had better. On a positive note, the service was prompt, and the guy at the window was friendly and courteous.

I have had plenty of slices in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Although it isn’t the same, they do a NY slice justice….especially considering that you’re in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. And for those that whine about the price, this is Waikiki. Everything is higher. Get over yourselves.

Bottom line: If you want a decent NY style slice (as far as one can go for not being in NY), this is the place to go.
