I smiled when I that question was posed. The answer is yes! Not only would I go again, I try to go every every week! I love the food, the unique atmosphere, and the couple who own it. It’s a small mom and pop restaurant where the chef cooks specials that he likes to eat, in addition to his usual standards. I’d go more often if I lived closer. Yes, I’m a fan and enjoy taking friends and family there.
I can't not get the Gumbo with Shrimp here. Everything else looks great, but it's just too good to resist. Their breads are also excellent. Today's onion focaccia bread was a nice pairing. Has a little spice, but I like to add a little extra kick to mine (pictured). The lady in the front is always kind and helpful, and the chef is always speedy efficient with his craft.
Bob’s cooking never disappoints. I usually have their pre-made salads if I want a lighter lunch. My favorite pasta dish is their puttanesca. The pasta is always cooked perfectly and the portion is enough for two meals. Thanks, Bob and Ja Li!
