Generous portions of delicious Hawaiian comfort food. The plate lunches are great. The burgers are served on ciabatta. Reasonable neighborhood prices. Worth a stop in! Limited seating is the only knock. Otherwise worth a visit!
I’m in Waikiki for work and was looking for fish tacos. This joint ROCKS. I knew when I walked up it was going to be tasty because there were locals waiting for their order. The fish tacos tasted incredible. The staff were friendly and punchy. And the owner was there too. He was great. Exactly what you want from an owner who’s been working lights out for 20 years, clearly has passion for his craft, loves and is grateful for his customers and isn’t afraid to give them...
It’s been a long time since I’ve had fresh tortilla chips and the ones from Southshore hit the spot! I also got the Kai-Bi burrito and it was to die for. Highly recommend stopping by here for your next meal!
