Winnie was our fabulous server! It was my birthday and anniversary. My husband ordered the ribeye and was perfectly cooked! I had had the delicious ribs braised in wine.

I was so excited to try this place out and boy did they let me down.

Our server was rude and neglectful. Three out of four orders were wrong. My cocktail was wrong, which the bartender told me was the servers fault. The beef was chewy. The shrimp were dry. The gentleman that brought out our meals wasn't friendly or helpful either. To top it off, the prices were way too high for what you get.

It was a very nice atmosphere. It was strange though that on a Saturday night the primary music stopped at 730pm.

During my recent trip to Waikiki, my nephew and I stopped for breakfast at the Splash Bar, located poolside at the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani. While I wasn’t staying at that particular hotel (I was at another Marriott property), I decided to try it out—and I’m glad I did.

I ordered the Pineapple Sausage Hash Moco ($31), which was listed on the menu as a “local favorite.” It came with a hearty serving of rice, topped with house-made hash (pineapple Portuguese sausage, potatoes, and sweet onions), two eggs cooked to order, and covered in rich brown gravy. Whether or not it’s truly a local staple, I can’t say—but what I can say is that it was delicious, filling, and well-prepared. The portion size was generous, easily justifying the price.

My nephew went with the Strawberry Waffle ($29), a light and crispy waffle topped with strawberries, whipped cream, powdered sugar, and a unique touch—boba pearls sprinkled on top. Judging by his clean plate, he thoroughly enjoyed it. He also ordered hot chocolate, which was presented in a charming way: the server poured it into his cup tableside from a kettle, then left the kettle with us so he could refill at his leisure. That extra detail made it feel special.

We sat outside by the pool, and the setting added to the experience. It was relaxed, not overly noisy, and a nice way to start the day with a bit of Waikiki atmosphere.

Overall: While prices are definitely on the higher end (not unusual for Waikiki resort dining), the food quality, presentation, and atmosphere made it worthwhile. The Splash Bar delivered a satisfying breakfast with a touch of charm.

All staff were great!! And food was not your average bar food. Very tasty and drinks were good! They’ve won awards for best bar back-to-back! I’d like to shout-out our server Nicole. She is so genuine and helpful. Not to mention she is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. She helped make our stay a memorable one. Mahalo Nicole! ❤️🤙

Overpriced and weak cocktails..
Paid $22 for this Mai Thai, horribly made and was gone in 4 sips. Won’t be coming back here. I got a better drink at the ABC store across the street for 13 bucks. Save your money and go there.

Went there on Saturday about 745a. We decided to go hear because we arrived early before the rush of the parade. There's hotel parking at waikiki cost, of course. We didn't make any reservations and got seated immediately. It's an outdoor venue near the pool. Our server was friendly and helpful. I had the princess brunch, which consisted of potatoes, eggs and choice of one meat. It also included a beverage, small bowl of fruits and a tray of pastires (3) and toast. The food was good, however very pricy.

Poolside area of the Princess Ka'iulani Hotel. We enjoy popping in for dinner or drinks late afternoon. Often live music and room to dance if you're so inclined. We like what's on the menu. The servers are attentive and friendly. Hotel-level prices but a nice treat to enjoy the food, the weather, the music.

My husband is traveling for work and staying at the Marriott where this restaurant is located.

He stopped in for dinner yesterday. The restaurant is well appointed and very clean.

The staff was friendly and attentive. He ordered the spicy ahi poke bowl.
He said it was very good

The portion was enough for a meal, but he didn’t have any leftovers. However, I think that is OK considering he’s in a hotel anyway.

He said he will definitely be back again during his stay. The restaurant is convenient because it’s located in the hotel, and the food is good.

Delicious POG slushy, Chicken wings are a must appetizer along with the Chicharrons. Relaxing spot away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag. Sit back and enjoy great music, service and food in the evenings!!
