Located in the lobby of the Ala Moana Hotel, this Starbucks offers plenty of seating in a spacious environment, making it a comfortable spot to relax or work.The coffee overall had a somewhat weak taste. Visited in December, and it was a bit chilly inside with the air conditioning.

can't earn points, can't use points, and does not except the Starbucks App. owned by the hotel and has no true affiliation with Starbucks, only in name. accepts gift cards, cash, and credit, however you will be required to sign their receipt even with cash. even their receipt will not print any business name on it. cost of goods 10 to 45 cents more than a true Starbucks outlets. service is polite. food quality is the same. beverages is the same. seating area is the hotel lobby.

The music selection was questionable.The songs & singers were off key.I thought maybe it was a private music selections? It was so awful. I felt like I'm going to have to run from that place..

When you just need your space...this is the place for that.Located in the lobby of the Ala Moana Hotel I do feel like I'm on vacation as the spacious interior with so many types of seating you're sure to find the type that will suit your mood of the moment.They are quite busy though as the line can get extremely long though they do work fast and what phenomenal baristas as they make it all happen to make the early start of my day that much better.I've visited here numerous times sometimes after events at the Convention Center or just really want to chill as you are able to with all the yummies Starbucks has to offer as I'm obsessed with their breakfast Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap.Weather it's to start or summarize your day this Starbucks has a seat for you to gaze out the huge window or finish that work you've been putting off just don't forget to bring your reusable cup for the discount and bonus stars.Thank you!

Mayflor is the best hardest working person ever. She always makes my drink so fast and I came here every day just to look for her. She definitely does. It deserves a raise because she works hard and goes above and beyond for me and all her other customers. When I come to Hawaii come here because of her thank you, Mayflor! 10/10 stars would recommend!! She is really the best
This Starbucks is awful, the lines usually have 20+ people waiting, and they BLAST the music at 5:30 in the morning. If you’re trying to get any work done this is not the place. People talking extremely loudly to be heard of the obnoxiously noisy music.

Loved this Starbucks.... Great lil location inside Ala Moana Hotel...fresh "not burnt" coffee.... Sorry, I'm actually not a Starbucks fan usually unless it's in Japan.... But will drink it out of convenience and on occasions such as this... I'm impressed... The great service with Aloha was fantabulous!

So this location inside the hotel was a PRIME SPOT! They were super busy every single day we were there. Every morning they had a line of at least 7-10 people that lasted for 2 hours. So, people were coming in one after another. It dies down around the afternoon part. Between 1-4pm. I guess that's when everyone is either at work, in their rooms OR finally checked out. But we enjoyed getting a mocha frap every morning . Tasted delicious too! Always the same. Consistent with the flavor and never a disappointment.Okie dokes! Thanks for reading guys! Hope this helps!
