Unfortunately it was the service on this occasion that really let them down. Quite rude and short by one of the servers and grossly unhelpful.
The lines can be quite long up to 1 hour wait but on this occasion I only had 4 people in front so only waited 10 minutes for order to be taken.
Food comes out piping hot as has been microwaved so has that soft type texture rather than toasted or freshly cooked heat.

It is an ok atmosphere just between a main thoroughfare for the entry of a hotel so a little bustling

I didn't see any food, but I was surprised because my drink was put in a paper cup and not the normal plastic cup for a cold drink. So, is this the new way Starbucks is going?

I only met a friend there. I think Starbucks is highly overrated and I don't buy their stuff.

I’m an avid Starbucks lover and coffee connoisseur. This visit was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. We arrived as they opened and there was already a line. When I got up to the register Najem (sp?) did not greet me, rushed my order, was not helpful. I will NOT be going back to this location. I will go to the farther store to avoid this “experience”. Refresher in customer service should be a must for staff at this store!

The employees were working as hard as they could, but expect a line in the morning. This Starbucks needs mobile ordering. I don’t want to spend 30 min in line on my vacation waiting for my drink.

Ordered asked for a pastry but changed my mind. Was told I had to wait for a manger to void the item although I had not paid yet. I waited 21 minutes to have the item canceled.

Too overpriced. After waiting in a long line, I was surprised to see that the prices here are almost double compared to another location (as shown in the menu comparison between the Waikiki store and this one). Given that it’s inside Hilton Hawaiian Village, I expected higher prices, but this still felt excessive. The food was decent, and the service was fine, but overall, not worth the cost!

The most expensive of all the Starbucks I've tried, about 50% more expensive. Also, when I visited, it did not have all the products available at other Starbucks.

Great service by friendly staff.
No indoor seating as of 2024/12.
Google Maps location pin is off by about 100m making it hard to find.

They do not honor the Birthday reward! Found out after waiting in the long line outside/inside in the morning windy/rain.

Was closed at 7 am, lights out, even though hours showed they should be open. :(

Everything was great but the interior was very basic

Super busy with long line but they worked EXTREMELY fast with pleasant service. They kept the line moving and once you ordered it was a minute for food and a minute for drinks.

No QR payments or Star Rewards here

Friendly staff for sure, unfortunately when I'm buying high priced coffee, I like the benefit of rewards. No reusable cups allowed here either unlike corporate stores.

Too expensive. After long long que, you will get almost double- priced breakfast items (as attached menu comparison between a store in Waikiki -1st pic. and this store - 2nd pic ). Considering it's location at Hilton Hawaiian Village though, still too much, I think.
