Incredibly expensive. For the price, one would think they would excel at customer service but they don't.

My only regret in Oahu was to waste my precious time at this Starbucks and in fact I felt incredibly insulted and upset by my experience here that I needed to tell people to STAY AWAY FROM IT. It started as low key Wed morning at 9:30am where there was noone in line and I came to the order stand and talked to Kimberlie and ordered two drinks. Not once during the entire time that she treated me with any pleasant. No smile, no eye contact and entire time she treated me like I was a nuisance to her day. It got worse. I paid with my Starbucks card with $10 on it so I need to pay the remaining with my credit card. Her machine froze or had technical difficulties. She was trying to sort it out and it took a very long time and it never recovered. After a while standing there waiting to scan my credit card I asked if it might be longer as I have plan to go to. I also asked the barista behind Kimberlie (whose name I didn't catch) if she could get started on the beverages and then she gave me a nasty attitude while raising her hand up and saying something along the line that there was nothing she could do and walked away.
At this point Ive had enough and I asked her if I could pay by cash the remaining amount and Kimberlie said firm no. She then managed to turned the second register and told me I could pay $8 over or just leave. And she said so incredibly rude. I argued that that was not the due and she said the other machine didn't go through but clearly my Starbucks app told me it did ($0 balance). I told her it did and I needed it to be refunded and she said only after the machine came back up she could try. It was clearly extortion in my mind. I paid that $8 and asked for manager to make formal complaint but he wasn't there. I talked to another person (I believe his name was Christian) who works there and who seemed to much more of a decent human being than these two people I've wasted my time on. I told him what happened and he apologized about it and it definitely wasn't his fault. He was kind in taking my contact information so that the manager (whose name I believe was Vinny) to call me.
After all that, only ONE drink came out and my coffee never was made. I told Christian that I had enough and that I was leaving. I have never once raised my voice nor acting unreasonable or disrespectful, and I was insulted the entire time. I look forward to speaking with the manager about this incident and let's hope Starbucks raise standard for employee training because never in my life had I felt so insulted at a Starbucks. And the Match Frap that I received (my my mom) was disgusting and completely melted. 🤮 PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS STARBUCKS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED THAN LESS OF A HUMAN.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks store in Hawaii, if not the world. I like Starbucks drip coffee, actually all their coffees, but nobody does drip coffee as well as Starbucks. This store is ALWAYS out. They have to make it every time. Today, they said they didn’t have any. I asked for a pour over. They don’t do pour overs!!! What? They were rude, nobody knew what to do. I was incredulous watching them all trying to do something different and getting into each other’s way preparing my coffee. I was the only person ordering. That should have been warning enough. I’m going to have to go elsewhere from now on.

Unfortunately it was the service on this occasion that really let them down. Quite rude and short by one of the servers and grossly unhelpful.
The lines can be quite long up to 1 hour wait but on this occasion I only had 4 people in front so only waited 10 minutes for order to be taken.
Food comes out piping hot as has been microwaved so has that soft type texture rather than toasted or freshly cooked heat.
It is an ok atmosphere just between a main thoroughfare for the entry of a hotel so a little bustling

I didn't see any food, but I was surprised because my drink was put in a paper cup and not the normal plastic cup for a cold drink. So, is this the new way Starbucks is going?

I only met a friend there. I think Starbucks is highly overrated and I don't buy their stuff.

I’m an avid Starbucks lover and coffee connoisseur. This visit was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. We arrived as they opened and there was already a line. When I got up to the register Najem (sp?) did not greet me, rushed my order, was not helpful. I will NOT be going back to this location. I will go to the farther store to avoid this “experience”. Refresher in customer service should be a must for staff at this store!

The employees were working as hard as they could, but expect a line in the morning. This Starbucks needs mobile ordering. I don’t want to spend 30 min in line on my vacation waiting for my drink.

Ordered asked for a pastry but changed my mind. Was told I had to wait for a manger to void the item although I had not paid yet. I waited 21 minutes to have the item canceled.

Too overpriced. After waiting in a long line, I was surprised to see that the prices here are almost double compared to another location (as shown in the menu comparison between the Waikiki store and this one). Given that it’s inside Hilton Hawaiian Village, I expected higher prices, but this still felt excessive. The food was decent, and the service was fine, but overall, not worth the cost!

The most expensive of all the Starbucks I've tried, about 50% more expensive. Also, when I visited, it did not have all the products available at other Starbucks.

Great service by friendly staff.
No indoor seating as of 2024/12.
Google Maps location pin is off by about 100m making it hard to find.
