How are you a Starbucks but don’t accept Starbucks coupons such as a birthday drink on someone’s birthday? It doesn’t matter if you are in a huge resort or not YOU ARE STILL LABELED under the Starbucks brand.
They don't take rewards here, so be warned! And don't waste your time. Also an insanely hard location to find if you aren't actually booking with the hotel.

Can’t tell ya about the food but the coffee is good and the scenery is phenomenal. Prices well your on an island.Went back and got there sandwich it was good but it was a mess breading falling apart and was a mess was still good ya can tell it was just a sloppy mess knock down 1 star seems as if the worker who made it wanted to be elsewhere.

There are two Starbucks in the Hilton Hawaiian Village.That's one.Stayed at Hilton Hawaiian Village for 5 nights.The hotel gave me a breakfast coupon worth $18 per person each day.I used it twice.The Starbucks at Kalia Tower was quite crowded.I came to another store, but it was also crowded.I waited for about 20 minutes.There is no Japanese menu, only English menu.Guests will provide their room number and name when ordering.I took it out and had it in my room.Doring doesn't come in S size, but regular or tall size.The portion is plentiful.Even so, due to the weak yen (150 yen to the dollar)It was extremely expensive.

Is the employees that's working here at Hilton village Starbucks under Hilton or Starbucks?. I walked in and ordered today 12/10/23 @ 12:31pm and had a Bad experience. ? I've been to 4 different islands while being on the Pride of America cruise NCL and was here in Hawaii for about 10 days. So far my trip has been Pleasant and Amazing with the locals. I've learned alot of history and Culture. That is until today, when I ordered my Srarbuck drink at this location. So People on Vacation, they record their experience on what kind of service, encounter and environment that they are in.vlogging etc. One of the worker asked me if I was recording. She asked me twice. I answered her twice and said it's on pause. She gave me an attitude, walked near me, and pretended to clean next to me with a Ragg Wiping the counter. While huffing and puffing giving a negative attitude towards me. You guys should review the video and do something about this. Their feelings of not wanting to be recorded shouldn't overcome my right to film my vacation. If they don't want to be recorded. Then don't serve customers that's on vacation In the tourist section. They're being filmed on camera all day. I'm Not happy about this experience one bit as a Hilton owner.The lady that served me on the right hand has been nice and helpful. The other woman to the left of in the photo need to be fired. She had a nasty attitude. If only I can Post the interaction for people hear her.

Forgot to toast breakfast items during rush. Hard to get assistance after receiving order. Expensive for the service.
I was wondering why such low stars...As I checked in I did noticed the low star rating and was a bit confused why as the staff here are just a delight even started a fun convo and they did were very fast and efficient with my drink (Chestnut Praline Latte with Almond Milk) also a Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap since lunch plans didn't work out as I took awhile to decided and many surrounding areas I was hoping for was closing in just a few minutes.Initially I see that the seating situation is horrible with just three tables on the inside and a few more outside as well all taken and not moving any time soon got me seating on a planter bench with birds constantly creeping on you for a bite was getting annoying though that's the way this Starbucks is built has nothing to do with the staff as it's in the lobby area along with Hilton Vacation Club and the Spa.The price got me wanting to leave one star...my Grande drink with Almond Milk is $9.20 and my wrap is $9.95!!! That's double the price as with tax it came out to $20.05 omg I thought thank goodness I didn't order a venti and the next time I'm hungry I'll just skip it as sitting on a ledge with birds is not the ideal situation I was looking for and sadly for this location is just horrible an did I mention it closes at 4pm!?
