I don’t understand the point of placing a mobile order ahead of time if it’s not going to be ready when I arrive. I’ve placed orders well in advance only to end up waiting another 30 minutes after getting there, while in-store customers are prioritized instead. I get that things can get busy and that they sometimes close the mobile pickup window when it’s overwhelming, but it really defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The whole point is convenience, not waiting longer than if I’d just ordered in person.

I used to go here all the time. A few more times than I would like they made iced drinks for me when I ordered hot. Today, they lost my order completely. They said it wasn't in the system and did not help me out in anyway. I had to call customer service to get a refund (which I did get, thank you). This particular Starbucks is so convenient, but they cannot be trusted with orders.

Waited 30 minutes for a grilled cheese. Finally had to tell them I got class in 10 minutes and I need to know if they are going to make it or not. Then they rushed it to me and it was cold in the middle, by then I had 5 mins till class so I just had to eat it and run.

I know they are busy but that quality of service is crazy low.

This place is overwhelmed, order filling is disorganized and hit and miss. Took 45 minutes for our simple order and it was filled only after we complained. The app estimated about 20 min, but took 45. There are a lot of people behind the counter, 2 or 3 of the 7 or 8 are filling orders. Not a tight ship.

Extremely slow takes 15 minutes to get a drink when there’s nobody here. Just sat there and talked.and got my drunk wrong when I asked for light ice.

I would avoid for a while.. at least till they have done some more training. Also if the guy is making drinks.. just leave. He kept grabbing himself while making out drinks, the drink itself was completely melted and I have no idea what he did but it was undrinkable! I ended up just throwing it away, and leaving. I didn’t even wait for the second drink I ordered, as it had already been an hour.

Repent the kingdom of heaven has come near to you. I don't appreciate rude impatient employees especially ones who become extremely tense after being asked if they love their neighbor as themself or if they are a kind or a friendly person. If you get tense after being asked if you're friendly and if you become extremely upset and loud and demanding that a person leave then the answer is obvious and that answer would be not friendly not kind and no love for the neighbor. Starbucks employees were extremely rude to me, Starbucks guests were extremely rude to me. I would have been welcomed if the people around were mature and professional and considerate and willing to be of and do what is right. No aloha there. No spirit no justice, just evil and selfish women and men. I do and know what is right and I have been treated unfair because of it and was demanded to leave. Evil protects evil and hates good. That's what happened at the campus location. People are employed and not working. People have put on the facade of being nice and have been exposed as grouchy. Ew! They do not serve the community, they serve their own kind, evil folks of the world, biased. I don't appreciate anyone who caters to the immature antisocial or selfish. Repent. I rebuke you all save the woman who was kind enough and mature enough to walk me out. Being have said that, all of you still could have done better. The kingdom of heaven has come near to you. If you value God and what is right you will have value for me, because I come from Him. I don't know why that would make you upset except if you are trying to live a lie oh ah ha yes that is why. You all wish to live a lie and to believe a false version of what and Who God is so that you can attempt to falsely justify the improper way of living and treating others the same way you treat yourself not good. Hypocrites. Evildoers. Such titles are not exaggerated but very accurate. Anyone who has a heart that is listening come to me, repent, and follow me. If you seek for Him you will find. If you lead with your ego you will not. Repent, then come follow me.

The guy at pickup window saw me and waved telling me my frap is ready for pick up! Like the non meat tomato mozzarella sandwich. Place is clean.

This is the slowest, least efficient Starbucks I have ever witnessed in my life. Walked out three separate times after waiting far longer than is reasonable.

This is one of the slowest locations I’ve experienced. It’s in the middle of campus, so it’s expected to be busy. But I consistently wait 30+ minutes for a single drink. Other locations equally or more busy are able to get my drinks quicker.

I ordered ahead on the mobile app and went in 10 minutes after the estimated 15 wait time had gone by and was told I still had “a good amount of people” ahead of me. I got my order an hour later.

Half the staff works fast and the other half doesn’t know what to do. They’ve got to be one of the slowest locations ever. Been like this for 5 years.
