First time trying the limited edition Caramel Ribbon Crunch that doesn't have whipped cream or crunchy ingredients ^_^When I asked the staff, they said they don't have whipped cream anymore ^_^Please try it once when you come to Hawaii!Starbucks limited to University of Hawaii ^_^

This Starbucks is located in UhManoa by Campus Center. I’ve ordered drinks at this place only twice because the first time I ordered, they got my ordered wrong. I ordered a medicine ball (aka honey citrus mint tea) As the name suggest it has honey, but when I got my drink, it was just the two tea bags and hot water. I work at Starbucks in Waikiki for over a year now and many tourists order this drink all the time. It’s 1 teabag of peach tranquility, and 1 teabag of jade citrus. I ordered a grande so two pumps of honey syrup, half hot water and half steamed lemonade. Yet, the drink was just a regular tea. Second time I came in, I ordered a chocolate almond milk shaken espresso (blonde shot, xtra ice). Mind you, this is an ice drink meant to have more ice than normal so when the milk is poured on the top (after shaken) it creates that flowy look of the milk flowing down. When I got the drink, it was less than 3 pieces of ice! As in not even whole pieces of block of ice. It was clearly all milk. The drink doesn’t even look shaken at all because shaken drinks always will normally have a foam on top. This however, looks like they mixed the choco malt with the espresso, put the milk to the rim and added the lightest amount of ice. Like damn. Waste of $8.

Not sure why this place has bad reviews, but I just went recently and staff was really nice! My drinks and food came out really fast and everything tasted really good! I normally get a bacon, egg, gouda sandwich, and a grande white mocha latte! I'll definitely be back!

I have to give the service a 2 only because you never know how your experience will go. will they put the new person on register with no experience? Or will you get someone with more experience on register that can make the line run smoothly. But 4/5 times you go to this location, you'll get the former.Also pro tip, always order ahead via Grubhub for a better experience, even though they don't let you use you earn stars.

Watch out for this store. I ordered a venti and they gave me a tall ... but still charged me a venti price. When I asked for a refill (I figured it was a mistake) they said they don't do refills, I'd have to buy another one full price. So let me get this straight:1)Charge for venti but give tall. 2)no free refills with the Starbucks app 3)charge full price for a refill (not even .52 cents like most star bucks) And the workers were really confident they were right too. Terrible store.

If I could give negative stars I would. A MANAGER at your store did this. Do better. Where Is the aloha? This happened to my sister at your store. What a derogatory term to use knowingly or unknowingly do it is really poor.
Apparently U.H. Starbucks thinks it's funny to do this crap to a daughter of a friend of mine. They all laughed as they handed it to her. The poor girl was shocked and hurt by this. I'm really upset to see this as well! Shame on you University of Hawaii at Manoa Starbucks...

Not open during listed operating times. Really frustrating when I expect them to be open at 6:30 and their hours say 6:30 but they aren't open at 6:45.

The only thing i want to smell and taste is delicious coffee and pastries- but a staff member has alot of cologne on his hands so it gets all over the cup and lid- the staff is nice but please if you work in food- please be sure your hands are free of artificial smells that can compromise the food-

i come to this place all the time after classes and always order the same thing- green tea lemonade. i love the employees and the area, but i’ve had my drink made wrong numerous times- with water, black tea, or even as a green tea latte. while i understand making drinks is stressful, i figure mine is one of the easiest drinks to make, and whenever i muster the courage to ask for a remake, they continue to make the same mistakes and i just end up walking away with the wrong drink. love coming here, i think they just need to label things, or do better training.
