Starbucks

Typical of ripoff Starbucks, this establishment had six people behind the counter, and none of them knew what they were doing. They were eight customers waiting for their order. The lady who was taking orders was actually filling the orders instead of having the other “barista‘s“ filling the orders. The others were chatting about where the best places to buy their next vape machine. I wonder how long it’ll be before Starbucks permanently closes down.

Came to this location multiple times during our 10-day stay in Hawaii. Helen gave top-notch service every single visit and was always so friendly!

Picked up mobile order. Asked for a water. They put my water in the queue. 3 staff members standing around doing nothing while only one person makes drinks. After 5 minutes of waiting for a water we decided to just leave. Terrible service.

Best Starbucks I have ever been to! Brie and the employees here are amazing! My daughter spilled my entire drink and they cleaned it up and remade it and gave the kids a treat. If you are in the area! Go to this Starbucks!!

Excellent service FAST when ordering on app and pleasant with nice smile added to cup. Jumped ahead of everyone in line!! Love people watching here & fun listening to al different conversations like 2 guys across way chatting all about their exciting military duties!!

Made my drink on point everyday while on vacation! Definitely recommend! Heads up… no public restroom tho :).

This place is small, stuffy, and the employees are arrogant. I was dizzy and about to pass out from dehydration, so I asked for water while my wife stood in line to order coffee. They wouldn't give it to me. Made it clear we were buying coffee. The barista arrogantly pointed at the til and asked me to order first. A glass of free water to a customer. Skip this awful place
