I ordered The new drink with extra Thai walls and no ice. Barista put a lot of ice. This is the second time happen. And then I told her I ordered no ice. She change it. Now she changed it with no extra Thai walls and half of the drink. The drink came out not good.

Worst Starbucks in a long while. They had many unavailable drinks and not full food options. It was raining and they have NOT EVEN ONE INSIDE TABLE and tables that would have kept rain off folks the best were roped off. My latte was the usual and friendly service luckily!

Friendly and quick. The staff was very considerate and accommodating. Overall, this place is convenient to the Sheraton Waikiki. Has seating in the or front patio. My 2 sons loved the cake pops! A huge thank you to the staff!

Shout out to EJ and the rest of the staff for staying cool under fire and providing excellent service even when they're slammed in the morning. (Note about yelp in general: you cannot trust an establishment's rating because it is an easily accessible repository for a Karen's negative bias. Most satisfied customers simply walk away, never even thinking to review a place favorably. Usually it's the most bitter, do-nothing, dissatisfied leeches who flock straight to yelp to exercise some false taste-making to retaliate against a cashier who didn't smile wide enough or a server who wasn't sufficiently reticent.
