Drip coffee went downhill within last month or 2. Used to come here for drip coffee fairly often but they changed it...idk how whether its a diff bean or method. it used to be amazing drip. Now it's not even worth it tbh. I'll just find any other place and grab a latte

I ordered pink juice, but it was in a paper cup. When I asked if it was possible to change it to plastic, I was told that it could not be changed. Other stores only provide plastic... Even though I came all the way, the plastic cup was good.

Got two coffees, almond milk latte. So simple. The purple/blue haired cashier turned around the machine expecting a tip, I put zero, he made a crummy face and both my coffees were burned.If you don't make enough, take it up with your boss. Customary tipping hurts everybody, and there's a reason other developed nations don't practice it.
