I never really complain or write reviews but Friday 5/2 I placed my order on the app. After placing I realized I made a mistake because it would take a lot longer than I expected, immediately I went into the store to ask for my order to be canceled. The barista in the front said she could just bump up the order. I asked if she was sure, she said that it would not be a problem. I trusted it wouldn’t, then another employee that made the drink told me “NeXT TiME yOu sHoULD CheCk thE TiME on tHe ApP BeCaUSE nOw EvEryOne ElsE is WaiTinG” as I walked up to the counter. Listen, it was a genuine mistake, I went in to cancel the order, was told they could bump up the order and it wouldn’t be a problem. I was absolutely okay with them canceling it. The woman that made the drink decided to try and scold me in front of the other people waiting for their orders. I told her I asked for the order to be canceled to begin with. 🤷🏻♀️
I get it, it’s busy you’re stressed but learn to regulate your emotions 😂 … also maybe try and talk to your coworker about not bumping up orders if it is not feasible to do. Stay blessed.

I visited this Starbucks today 2/19/2025 the woman at the front register - Birdie is very pleasant and kind. I need to give her high praise. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the board with all of the various military patches was heartwarming. She was also wearing a shirt AFN - Armed Forces Network loved that too. Overall a good and warm welcome from Birdie and this Starbucks location

This is by far my favorite Starbucks around. They are always very friendly, helpful and courteous. They haven’t made a mistake with any order and are always pretty quick, even when crazy busy. I go here pretty often and haven’t been disappointed once.

From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and made sure I felt welcome. Birdy's upbeat and contagious attitude, coupled with Wailani's cheerful demeanor and Jon's efficiency, created a welcoming atmosphere that made my visit truly enjoyable. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted truly impressed me. I visited another Starbucks recently and had a generally good experience. The service was good, but they couldn't offer the deal directly at the counter; I had to place my order through my phone. Despite this small inconvenience, the staff was helpful, and the overall experience was pleasant. Still a solid choice for your coffee fix.
