I typically have breakfast here on my way to the Aloha Stadium swap meet. They are only about a mile away. Staff greets you upon entering and are friendly. They prepare drinks here consistently and don’t mind special requests. It’s a location with a good amount of seating. Fairly large amount of retail items.

I ordered a banana cream protein matcha and thought it’d be like the ones at other Starbucks, but it came out really watery. I asked for light ice, but it seemed like the regular amount, and the matcha wasn’t blended well either. It ended up tasting watered down and kind of flavorless, honestly, a bit disappointing.

A worker wearing a name tag labeled Cass was less than helpful with my coffee I simply asked for cream and sugar in the coffee as I don’t mind paying 4-5 dollars a cup of coffee. She refused saying that the coffee condiment station was behind me the half and half was empty and she said they change it out every 4 hours who wants that ? If the customer ask them to make a cup of coffee with cream and sugar why is that so hard to ask for? Come on Starbucks step it up ! your staff was less than willing to do this simple task. I am very disappointed customer service and a good cup of joe is one thing the experience is what keeps me coming back.

Prioritizes in person over delivery customers. Waited 15 minutes before intejected to check on status.... they had everything made and k Just didn't bag everything. BEWARE if you are ordering online, this place is no bueno
The girls there were very helpful and i got my matcha/chai tea exactly the way i wanted! It was great!

I ordered a cup of coffee today and it was really bad. The staff didn't seem to be happy-go-lucky. It is the day after Thanksgiving. I understand. The problem was the coffee. The coffee was catastrophic failure. I don't know what she did to it to make it taste so bad. Take this as constructive feedback. Starbucks is known for its specialty drinks but it's important to get the basics down.
