Service was slow and the location only had two workers despite the holiday madness. From start to finish it was about 15 minutes for a single frappe. The drink was made well, just stars dinged for the wait time and the customer service itself. Lots of customers waiting for their items, both mobile and in-store orders.

It's a little hit or miss depending on staffing and who is making your drinks. One tall gentleman with dark brown hair was making picture perfect drinks while the other female barista seemed to be having a rough day. Two of our drinks were completely ice, two sips of liquid. Went back to show the star barista and he remade one of our drinks and apologized.Place is so busy. Staff seems to not have time for being friendly.

Very bad service..waited too long for my greentea latte and gave me a warm latte.. I made clear to the cashier for an extra matcha and extra hot. After almost 30 mins of wait the guy gave me a warm latte. I said I want it hot and he said I'll warm it up for you.. I waited for too long and made it clear before even paying it and he's gonna reheat it for me??? So disappointed. I left THE latte with them.. I want my money back!!!!! very bad service and annoying crew..December 28, 2023. @4pm.

Very bad experience with the guy that served me.. Ordered for matcha latte extra hot and gave me warm latte waited for atleast 30 mins for my order. I said I want it hot and he asked if he can reheat it for me. I made clear with the cashier to have my latte extra hot and extra matcha and paid for the extras. I left very disappointed and did not get my latte.waited for good 30 mins for a warm latte? I suggest to have your crew's to have more training and be accurate with their service.. I want a refund....I was there December 28, 2023 around 3-4pm..

One of the male baristas is extremely rude and condescending. I probably won’t go back after my last encounter, I’d rather drive five minutes down the road to Moanalua Shopping Center or even the NEX for the same products and actually be treated like a human being.

Their CS inside counter needs improvement. Don't tell me your digital computer system isn't in sync with nearby stores and thus you are unable to find a transaction that took place 3 hrs earlier.
