Walk into your store(if already ordered on my app) asked for restaurant code told I need to buy something, looked at cashier and said in stern manner I did already what’s the code?
Here’s my question for Starbucks management how do you train your people to profile who is and who isnt a customer? If I purchased something yesterday am I no longer a customer today? Can I not come in to look around then need to use the restroom?
What constitutes a customer , what profile do I need to fit to get a code for the dam restroom.
A customer to me is anyone who walks through that door should be given world class service whether they buy or not!!
Teach your people how to not judge & if your policy is for paying customers only please post that on your app, your website and your establishment. Also clarify that a customer that just purchased yesterday is not a paying customer today
If ur going to continue to be a progressive organization don’t profile people

Good news! They just got one of those new brewing machines. No more waiting for them to brew a pot or do a pourover. Seems they're rolling out these machines, which can make 2 individual cups at a time. Fast, fresh and consistent strength and flavor. It has 6 types of beans, of which 2 are dark roasts. One is Verona and the other is a featured dark roast, currently Anniversary.
Not only that, Sbux has apparently rejected plastic cups in favor of compostable cups. So your water is going to come in what looks like a white hot coffee cup.
The restroom inside the store is open to customers. There are some small tables inside but the back of the branch still remains blocked off. They definitely need more tables.
Mid-afternoon sees gaggles of young, cute girls as well as a couple old men.
Now that the Park Shore branch is history, this is the only company-run unit on Kapahulu.

Closest Starbucks to Leonard’s Bakery! (2 lights away) Grabbed a box of malasadas and enjoyed them with a Venti Cup of coffee for a perfect combination. Nice and cool… great spot to sit for a bit and enjoy.

I don’t understand the issue with this Starbucks, but they are the WORST when it comes to making the cold brew with foams on top. Just cold brew with a little to no foam. I’ve given so many chances, had them remake so many times and they still cannot produce an actual foam top.

My favorite part about going to this location is they never have plain black coffee ready. I order a large pikes place to get in and out. Three days in a row now they have to brew coffee when I order because everyone’s too busy standing around talking story

Sooo my experience: Starbucks-losing “ story” name Coffee “ pike” sensations of the taste of boiled water (which has been boiled for many days) and I understand that the same story is in other store My opinion- if you want to drink “ ok” black coffee- it’s not a Starbucks absolutely, if you make coffee with latte and some mix ingredients- you will never make a testy coffee Local store more nice coffee Team that time looks like already tired ( 9:30/45am) .
but Starbucks will never be the same again, it gets worse every year.

Got a strawberry and a vanilla frappuccino. The vanilla one was prepared within 10 minutes, even with a decent volume of orders. The strawberry one, however, took closer to 20 minutes. I think they were having problems with their blender and ice machines. It was at least 2 hours before closing but they were already locking the doors. The ice in the strawberry frappuccino were like ice chips. Still tasted pretty good, though.
