This review is for poor judgement and customer service. There was one barista working and one cashier helping a customer. I stood behind the customer who was taking some time purchasing a gift card as there was no one working the other register. The barista looked right at me as she was making a drink as I was the ONLY other customer waiting to be helped. Another customer came in and stood behind me and an elderly gentlemen came in and went to the empty register where he placed his empty Starbucks cup down and was trying to get organized with some things in his hands. The barista walked up to the empty register and asked the guy by name what he wanted. It was at that time I noticed a male employee who was out of sight behind the empty register on the phone (I think he was sitting on the floor) scurry to the side so that the barista could take the order at that register. The barista then looks at me and says something like "were any of you here before" and she looks at the guy. You looked right at me when I was the ONLY one in line behind the lady being serviced. Instead of asking who was next you bypassed two people ahead of your friend. Totally disrespectful and apparently you thought our time was not as important as your friend's time.

The Starbucks in Aina Haina never disappoints. We prefer it to the Starbucks in Hawaii Kai . They know what good service is and our order is always prepared before we arrive. We've never had an issue.

Love this location. Definitely gives more of a small town coffee shop. The managers always welcome me by a first name basis. Everyone is friendly and the place is always clean and stocked. They have a bathroom inside which is great to wash up and for the little ones. I come her about 2-3x per week and the coffee is strong and delicious!

We get along like Starbucks lovers...Haha!! Well we do! Never really out her much but I really wanted to try planted by La Tour and needed to go to First Hawaiian Bank which all was right here in the triangular back corner in Aina Haina Shopping Center yay one stop shop!A more modern industrial vibe here this is a nice location with a few seating outside as well this slightly hidden Starbucks does its decent share of traffic flow surprisingly as a it's quite busier than I'd imagine.With code provided they do have a bathroom here "super appreciated!" so that we can sip, relax and enjoy the moment with our yummy drink. The staff here is just so friendly with a polite greet and the calmness in general I can see why this place is chosen to bring your workload which majority seems to be doing here.Keep calm and bring your own cup and see more stars!Thank you!

Good can clean Starbucks. Open early but also close early. You might miss a nice night coffee if you go too late.

The unisex restroom is open. Requires a code to open. The hallway to the restroom has a bench seat that is padded! Comfortable for leisurely imbibing. Staff are friendly and polite.
So if you follow me, I tend to go to Starbucks In every city I go visit, even though I'm not a big coffee drinker, tea is for me or the strawberry drinks...Well this Starbucks is one is my favorite so far! Came here with my friend to work on a presentation and her on her dissertation. They were quick and clean! And the music is my favorite! The jams got me motivated! Def recommend coming here if I ever come back to visit!

My fave starbs on this side. Super convenient when you're leaving HK and heading to town to order ahead and swing by. The staff here is consistently friendly and hardworking. And for some reason, the drinks just taste better here. I know they are all following the same recipes, but maybe the fact that they actually care for their customers makes it that much better. :) They have it together, so even if you don't order ahead, you're going to get your order pretty quick. Def recommend over the others in the area.
