my cappuccino was too hot to drink. i had to wait quite a long time for the coffee to cool down. the taste is so-so. the foam is just bubbles from the milk.

Employee who was making the coffee 2 June 2025, her name starts with M and (maybe Caucasian) has glasses, I think her name is Maddy? She is the manager and is super rude. She called my name and I went to get my order and she had a terrible attitude telling me I ordered two coffees and I was puzzled so I said oh no, I only ordered one. She looked at me like I was an idiot and aggressively said I ordered two. She asked what my name was and I confirmed it was the name she called out and on the cup. She kept aggressively saying I ordered two. So I said perhaps the person taking my order accidentally heard two and she stared at me and gave me attitude again and said “this isn’t yours!”.
The cup had my name and the same kind of coffee I ordered. It was a coincidence that it was also someone else’s order with the same name but 2 coffees.
I didn’t have an attitude with her at all and I wasn’t in a rush, but apparently she was hurrying and she was super rude and inappropriate.
Terrible experience! She wasn’t apologetic and I’d rather go to local coffee shops than return to this Starbucks.

I bought my venti iced lavender matcha latte at this store. The one who made it was shaelyn. However, since I am always getting this drink I know the taste difference. I ask shaelyn why it taste a little watery/bland and the lavender foam was not blended enough unlike from the other store she was on defensed mode that she made the right way of doing it and she asked me rudely “have you tried our matcha latte before and an oatmilk” with a loud noise and rudely like I was shy to talk. As a person in customer service you should do the right way of talking to your guest and it should not be in a rude way especially the way she asked me was like I NEVER HAD STARBUCKS BEFORE. Good thing micheal made me another drink and it taste like my usual. Thanks micheal!

Female barista refused to give me (a pregnant woman) the bathroom code.. terrible customer service, was planning on making purchase after I used the restroom. Lost my business for sure. Here’s the bathroom code if you need it!

Great location for a quick coffee fill!

Located in Salt Kaka'ako, its easy to see from the street. Lots of parking in front available for stays shorter than 30 minutes. Bathrooms on site as well as tables and chairs for those that need the space.
Staff are nice & the service is pretty quick too!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting a fair few times, so I’ve gotten to see this place in all sorts of conditions. Cruise ship rushes, interior construction projects, quiet afternoons, and I can say that I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff goes out of their way to take care of everyone, even when tensions are high during a rush or if something goes unexpectedly. So many individual staff members have been so kind on so many occasions, I have to believe the culture fostered at this location has something to do with the wonderful experiences we’ve had here. I’ve even seen newer baristas knock it out of the park with their drinks, so I’m guessing training is a pretty decent experience at this location. Feel however you may about the brand name on their aprons, but the team here is what truly makes this spot worth a visit.

it literally feels like im in a trashy night club with how loud the music is, and how many cups and trash is left in the store while the workers just talk story to each other.

I didn't even my drink order was called out because of how loud the music was.

They don't care about pick up drivers doordash or uber eats . Always need to wait more that 10 min even if just one coffee.

6 people working, 10 people in the store, waited 20 minutes for food heated in a microwave that tastes like heated in a microwave - served by a team of woke snowflakes meaning no eye contact (forget about a smile) not sure if she’s a he or a she especially with the purple hair (probably a she)

Typical starbucks but I forget how I always feel ripped off by the iced drinks which are half ice.I've gone twice in the last week and can't see any outlets. Also, they barely raise their voice when "speaking" your name when your food/drinks are ready when you order.

This Starbucks is great, but incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes my drink is ready in 5 minutes and other days it takes 15-20 mins when there's only 1 person making drinks and 3 others behind the bar doing busy work. Drinks are great though. Efficiency could use some streamlining.

Very rude worker with curly haired guy(ish) who cannot fulfill your order according to the clear instructions you give on the app. He makes the second coffee in a rude manner, but again he does not follow the instructions…. And, knowingly he presses the faucet too hard and splashes water on your face, ah, “accidentally” of course….but with a moronic smile on his face...Fire these people if they are not happy with what they signed up for and especially if they give customer service like this. Bad for any business who operates with consumers .
