Typical starbucks but I forget how I always feel ripped off by the iced drinks which are half ice.I've gone twice in the last week and can't see any outlets. Also, they barely raise their voice when "speaking" your name when your food/drinks are ready when you order.

Very rude worker with curly haired guy(ish) who cannot fulfill your order according to the clear instructions you give on the app. He makes the second coffee in a rude manner, but again he does not follow the instructions…. And, knowingly he presses the faucet too hard and splashes water on your face, ah, “accidentally” of course….but with a moronic smile on his face...Fire these people if they are not happy with what they signed up for and especially if they give customer service like this. Bad for any business who operates with consumers .

The Starbucks staff is exceptional. Highly motivated and customer oriented. Led by the "Major" and great people like Nichole, Preston, Maddi, Heidi, and Kirin. Best Starbucks in Hawaii.

This Starbucks is great, but incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes my drink is ready in 5 minutes and other days it takes 15-20 mins when there's only 1 person making drinks and 3 others behind the bar doing busy work. Make it make sense. Drinks are great though. Efficiency could use some streamlining.

Omg this Starbucks is the slowest service ever!! I had put my order in advance 15 mins ahead and my order was supposed to be ready by 0637 it's 0645 and I'm still waiting....there's a bunch of workers like 5 or 6 but they're just talking amongst themselves and moving very slow. I've seen some SB with just 2 workers pump out drinks faster than these guys! Never order from this Starbucks, Ala Moana and Coral st. if you have to go to work!! It's like they just don't care about the Starbucks reputation.

I come here often because it's close. Everything is fine except the ambiance. The music is WAY too loud. I'm pretty good at studying at busy/noisy cafes but I'm not used to pop music blasted so loudly. Even with headphones on it's way too loud.

This location.. I tell you! Let me start of by For the most part they get my mobile order ready by the time I get there but there's been a handful of times where I had to wait for my drinks to which I ordered 10-15 mins ahead of time. And when you get to the store.. their staff is not the friendliest either. Pouting and just grouchy. And take their sweet time. Often times, I find myself looking at my watch in queue to tell them to start increasing the pace because people are waiting. As if we owe it to them. Wouldn't even crack a smile. To sum it up.. so HIGH MAKA MAKA and stand offish. The management in this location needs to train their staff to have a little bit more of FRIENDLY COSTUMER SERVICE. And yes! I can compare because, the SB shops that's near my house and the one in Nuuanu are really friendly and sweet. I only go to this location Ala Moana and Coral Street is because it's closer to work.

The Starbucks in Kailua by the shop center near maui tacos was so so On Saturday sept 30 2023 Cashier was nice enough he was wearing a cute face mask The tall slender guy making the drinks was rude had the "I don't like my job" Attitude I asked him did u add the 2 pumps sugar free Vanilla to my tea (they always forget)His response was I did Mam !! He seemed annoyed We won't be going back there anytime soon Employees like him give Starbucks a bad Reputation Thankfully most of the Starbucks in town have Friendly professional staff
Very friendly staff! It is fairly busy, but drinks come out quickly, and there's almost always a place to sit down. I enjoy getting a coffee and doing homework here!

How does it take 30 minutes? We ordered at 8:32:55 am two coffees and two bagels. 20 minutes later we had a cold brew and two bagels. Took another 7 minutes for the other coffee. Who is running the show here and how do they not know it's taking that long for orders? Manager seemed incredulous at the wait.

They cancel all the outlets when you want to work with your computer in a coffee place. I think this place is not nice anymore for Kakaako. Also, I request almond milk and my stomach and I we think it wasn’t ?.

Auntie Nadine and I came specifically to this location because she remembered that they had the Barbie pink tumblers. We were on our way to see the Barbie movie and decided to get matching cups. Luckily, we found a parking spot right in front of the store. They indeed had the pink tumblers. We each got one using our stars, so the cup came out to be around $3. The cashier was friendly. She asked about our pink outfits and the pink cups. We told her we were on our way to see the Barbie movie. She said she already saw it and the movie was a 10. I'm not sure we watched the same movie because I thought the movie was horrible.
