So sad to learned the location is closed. This location is one of the best one- great crew, felt like what Starbucks should be. They remembered every regulars' drinks. Sometimes they see my face they already made my drinks. Services were fast and efficient, they kept the store clean.

Starbucks on Bishop street has the best people working there. They greet and treat you as you were the only person in that cafe. I'm an avid regular and surely miss them all. Hope the open soon!

Love the crew at this Starbucks! With 2 other locations within walking distance of my office I always choose this one as my daily stop because the team that works here is just the best! They greet people by name, remember if you have a "usual", offer smaples, and are really nice and caring. It's a good way to start a work day and a nice afternoon break to come in a chat with Lucy, Madi, Edna, Jhondell or any of the other Starbucks crew here!

Mobile ordered a pink drink with no ice and they gave me ice in it. Another time I mobile ordered a frappuccino and they gave me a hot drink. I also applied for a job here and got an interview, but they never got back to me and this was over a month ago.

This location never disappoints! Every single one of the workers here are SO NICE and friendly despite being in the center of downtown craziness. Whenever I'm in the area, I'll always go out of my way to go to this location specifically :)

Easily the best Starbucks on island. It's like an episode of Cheers when a regular walks in! The employees are super friendly and so genuine. They remember my name and my usual orders. They hand out the mobile orders with a smile. I come in here many times a week and sometimes twice a day. One time I dropped my egg bites before I walked out the door and they replaced the spilled breakfast immediately. I come in here for the convenience as this is in my office building but keep coming back because of the quality of the products and the people. It's such a good break from the day! The storefront is large but mostly standing room only for people waiting for their drinks and standing in line. There are a few bar seats along a window with a bar table. There's ample outdoor seating all along the front side and back by the entrance to 24 hour fitness.

By far the best service I've ever received at Starbucks. Correction best service from any coffee shop and I've been to so many different places. I placed my order via app a block away. The place was packed with the normal downtown, everyone needs a kick to start the day rush. I walked straight to the pick up area and an employee kindly asked if I made a mobile order and for my name. She mentioned it to the baristas and my order was almost instantly ready and handed to me. WOW!!! What a way to start the day. I was with a friend and she placed her order just as we got there and got the same service. I suggest this team give classes to other locations on teamwork and customer service. Other things I love about this location it was clean, samples available and everyone smiling even though it was extremely busy. More impressive they did not have a big staff. Bravo to all of you!!! I appreciate your help starting my day.
