I visited several times already. Your almond milk is weirdly nice. Way different than we have back in Prague where I usually go to get my latte.

I'm giving this one a 5 star. I enter . Im at the counter . Elsa takes my order. Before she does she asked me what I wanted. Hot or cold with caffeine in It. Sugar or cream. I told her not too sweet. She recommended the cold brew pistachio cream. She was very knowledgeable the way she described what was in the drink. That's impressive. I ordered a nitro cold brew. Elsa Asked if I wanted any cold foam on it. I told I'll leave it up to her . Starbucks needs people lie Elsa who knows their stuff. Well done Elsa thank you. P

Love this pistachio cold brew with a splash of oatmilk. No vanilla syrup. Changed it up to pistachio sauce. Extra pistachio cream and topping. Barista was on point making my drink. Service is on point.

Starbucks indoor... Leave it to Kahala to have two very different kinds of Starbucks though I do love the indoor and I've been going to this location for years and just can't believe I haven't done a review yet. One thing that I do love this location is their creative barista and staff as they do come up with exclusive menu items which does make it fun and easy as the internet versions aren't available at some locations so when they make it it does make it easier to order. Sadly the seating has changed to almost none though there are a few around the fountain area, Kahala is an indoor mall though seating here are scattered throughout the mall which doesn't make it a place to chill and get some work done but the staff here is fast and friendly so I usually stop by to grab some for the road. Thank you!

I've been going to this Starbucks for years. It tends to get very busy at times but the line moves fairly quickly. Getting your order takes longer. A few times they have made a mistake or possibly someone else took my order. The large majority of the times my order is accurate. The drinks are all good, especially the holiday ones. They are pricey but I don't think you'll get anything cheaper elsewhere, at least not with the same taste and quality. Also, use your reusable cups to get 10 cents off and 25 extra star points! I've been to a lot of Starbucks and this is one of my favorites. It's nice to sit in an air conditioned table or chair and relax with your drink inside the mall. If it's not hot or muggy, it is so much nicer outside. There are seats and umbrellas right outside of the Starbucks. And if you're lucky, they'll have live entertainment outside of Whole Foods!

I am only writing a review because this has happened to me twice on Saturday here. Both times my hot coffee came to me in a hot coffee cup stone cold. I gave this place a 3 because the crew that works during the week in the early morning are amazing. They are a 5. The weekend crew is a 1.

There was an event at the mall today but even with the lines not being that bad the Starbucks staff could not keep up with the orders coming in from the mobile orders. Even heard a staff person say she was freaking out. Shame on the management for not having extra staff for the mall event.I waited almost 20 minutes for a Nitro Coffee. Watched as the people before me then the people behind me got their more complicated orders.I asked politely if my ticket was lost in the shuffle and the staff got very matter-of-fact with me.“We fill orders in the order they come in”.There’s no reason I should ever have to wait longer for a coffee than I would a meal at a restaurant. Especially a nitro coffee.I left my ticket at the barista station and told them to cancel my order. I’ll be surprised if I see that money go back on my gift card. I’ll never go back here if they don’t.Do better. If you can’t staff appropriately then turn off mobile orders.
Horrible! Major attitudes and they don't admit when they are wrong. The other locations on the island, make their drinks good and they are always lacking taste/or leaving things out. No one says thank you or has a nice attitude. It's definitely gone down hill and I would recommend the drive thru one, is more consistent! The mall one sucks.

I came here with Nadine after dinner to get a drink. This is the Starbucks inside of Kahala Mall. I live in town, so I don't come to this location too often. However, Nadine and I wanted to get our bonus stars. We came about 7pm and there were a few people in here. I got my usual grande Iced green tea. There were two people ahead of me, so the drink came fast. They had a few table and seats. They didn't have a great selection of cups though. That's the first thing I look for when I go into any Starbucks.
