What can you say about Starbucks that hasn’t been said? Well, if you’re speaking of this particular location it’s actually quite a bit. This location is a “table reserve” store where their employees focus on flavor and different types of brewing processes which bring the best of the coffee beans.I would HIGHLY recommend that if your having espresso with your hot drink that you add “Blonde” espresso. Blonde espresso is creamy and a bit sweet but boy is it extremely tasty on hot drinks.

Horrible service. This is the second time I order at this Starbucks since it's next to my hotel. The employees took a long time to give me my food item both times and when I asked about it they kept telling me to wait. Even though i saw everyone come after me get their item before me.

Starbucks is simply hard to beat no matter where you are. The coffee was exquisite and the collectibles sold in the store were so cool. The design and cleanliness were superior. The staff was more friendly than any coffee shop we visited. Starbucks has a winning formula and this location was at the epitome of that formula.

Ok but closed too early when you have to sit and wait 8 hrs plus for flight. Close 5pm

The worst customer experience. I had purchased food from another location and an earlier Starbucks Beverage in this location. I asked Scotty where the restrooms were and he told me across the street in another shopping area. I decided to seek further information and was told that in fact that wasn't correct. The restrooms were upstairs from Starbucks. Once I realized this I returned to Starbucks to confront Scotty. I would say his response and demeanor said it all. Shame on Starbucks for employing such an arrogant employee. You are better than that and spend to much on training for a positive customer experience. As a customer there are way to many other Starbucks in the area that provide a positive customer experience. Don't waste your time here and avoid at all costs. @starbucks

Not sure what people's issues with this location are. I ordered on the app and food was ready when I got there. I drink cow's milk so I don't care that non diary is extra. And 80c extra on a Hawaii vacation should really not matter.

Nothing compared to the NY or SF Starbucks Reserve. Quality/Quantity - I drink way too much coffee, yet I can not tell the difference between good coffee and great coffee. Higher end coffees here but this was way too soon for my second cup today. Plus it is almost happy hour time. Atmosphere - Nicer than a "regular" Starbucks. But again we have been to even nicer Reserves. Service - Good. Price - Even more expensive than a regular Starbucks. Owner comment - Congrats on all your success with your reserve brand since 2014. Congrats on all your success since 1971 and for being the largest coffeehouse chain in the world! #114 on the Fortune 500 list. As of 2021, 33,833+ stores, and 15,444 of them in the US. 1992 IPO 2003 Acquired Seattle's Best Coffee 2008 Loyalty card program 2020 Generous programs to employees due to COVID. Closed all stores except drive thru and delivery only. Paid for 30 days whether employees went to work or stayed home. Gave employees free daily meals and drinks whether they were working or not. Focused on the mobile app and future stores "convenience-led" formats with drive-thru and curbside pickup.

Lukas, Jordan, & Ally have been following Corie's fine example & have provided me with a delightful breakfast and this has got to be the best sacharia sauce I've had in years (Starbuck has limited spots in Vietnam) Thank you all for a great morning ???

Plan on people cutting the line. The things they sell outside makes it difficult to form a straight line and people will help themselves to the front.

By far the worst Starbucks experience. Ordered my coffee (in person) at 9:06am and finally got it at 9:56am. Not sure who owns or manages this site but 50 minutes for a coffee is unacceptable. Add to that the rude staff who have no idea. Does it take a University Degree to make coffee or manage customer expectations. The worst!
