I had a really bad coffee this morning at the Starbucks at LAX, so I left a negative review. Starbucks replied and told me to get a new drink at any location with no cost. When I transferred at Honolulu airport and the Starbucks here made a new drink for me. The staffs are so friendly, patient and also the drink is more professional than LAX’s. Thanks for the good service.
In preparation for my flight back to the mainland, I tried to get some breakfast before boarding. I ended up going to two different restaurants just to get a complete meal. I did not care for the food selections here at Starbucks, so I went to Burger King first. They had NO milk, so I had to return to this Starbucks to get a glass of milk. It took a long time to get that. A little disappointed in my experience.
God bless this starbucks for opening up early (before 6 am) and feeding our hungry stomachs, lol! We really needed some food after multiple flight cancellations and the longest night ever!
