A very nice and cozy Starbucks. I love the patriotic art woodworks on the wall. There are no issues with my order and waiting time. The staff is friendly and did a great job making my drink. All the Starbucks on the military base that I visited are tax-free. This Starbucks charges taxes.

Kim was such a good barista, she helped me with my order and my mom. she helped my mom create a Starbucks account because we don't normally go to Starbucks and buy drinks there, its been 5yrs that we haven't had Starbucks and Kim just helped us and she was kind enough to give her time with us. She suggested her fav ice peach green tea lemonade with liquid cane sugar, and it was a delight my mom said. The drink was super tasty and not too sour for her. I also got Kims fav drink the ice chai latte with matcha foam and with brown sugar syrup and it was super delicious it's going to be my go to drink now. Kim will now be my fav nex barista. Mahalo Kim for helping my mom and I.

Nice staff! It’s just the fact that I would never sit down because the fabric cushions on the seats are visibly filthy and disgusting. I wouldve loved to sit being postpartum.?? hopefully it improves!

If I could leave no stars I would. Mico. I think that was her name. Looked at my half made drink, like 3 times. she then made 8 to 9 other drinks, tossed my drink out. I asked about it they said it was coming out soon, my friends drink came out 6 to 7 drinks ago and still nothing. I asked again, mind you its been about 20 min at this point they said it would come out soon. I see 3 other drinks come out before she decided to make my drink, took tops maybe 2 min to make it.... By the time I got my drink my friend was already done with theirs. Around 20 min for you to shake it 3 times. Ridiculous

Amarithus is awesome she made a awesome gingerbread pumpkin shaken expresso her own recipe 5stars. you guys should take down her recipe! Stsrbucks gingerbread Chai sounds good but is awful taste like sour rotten milk. Also your store needs nutmeg shakers like the rest of the Starbucks.

Was disappointed with the service today. I just got off of any 18 hour shift at the hospital and wanted a Trenta drink before I head to my second job. The girl taking my order looked at me like I was the dumbest person and told me we don’t do that and mumbled under her breath. This was not an isolated incident. The 3 other times I have been there the staff has not been friendly. Today was really the cherry on top.

Friendly staff and comfortable seats. Giving it four stars because I just found out that they only give refills if you purchased tea, coffee, cold brew, etc.. Ordered me a frappe so no iced tea refill for me :(

This Starbucks is conveniently located in the NEX mall. It's loud so not the best place to work or read but awesome if you need a place to hang out waiting for family and friends to shop. There are seatings inside and outside the Starbucks. They are often busy so expect a little longer wait but staff works hard and are friendly. I ordered the frozen strawberry açai lemonade which was refreshing.

A beautiful, stellar Starbucks location. Unique, custom, patriotic wood carvings on two walls. Comfortable seating in store, and just outside in the military mall area. Friendly, personable service...and great drinks. A "top 3" of all Starbucks in my book.

Starbucks NEX Pearl Harbor recently opened about 2+ years ago located in the mall right across the commissary. First impressions: * Clean and neat lobby * Comfortable cushioned seats * Artistic Navy inspired wooden carvings on the wallVisited a couple different times during the week, different experiences. Baristas are mostly friendly, though some may need work on their customer service, but I see that they try. They welcomed me in [like a normal Starbucks would], greeted me at the register, and while waiting for my order they sometimes would make small conversations [asking about how my day was, if I had any plans, etc.] Had a chance to talk with one of their regular customers. He says that most of the Baristas are fairly new and some came from their former Starbucks stores. * Drinks came out on a timely manner * Food needs work, takes a while when person on register can't manage food and order taking * Sometimes when there's a rush order will take a while to be ready depending on how many Baristas are working even if I order one simple drink. Things I found interesting: * They have a joke of the week by the hand off. Pretty corny but entertaining as I ponder on the answer to the joke while waiting * They also have drink specials that their store customized. Tried the 'Princess Peach' drink and it was refreshing especially on a hot summer day. Sucks they don't have a tip jar because they're inside a federal building.

This is the nicest Starbucks that I have seen on Oahu. Check out the debossed artwork on the wood walls. This place is immaculate, huge and comfy. They have comfortable seats on the inside as well as couches on the outside that extends into the atrium. There is a huge bamboo plant on both sides of the shop.I had my green Starbucks cup with me and got it filled with an iced green tea. I also spotted a pink tumbler that I haven't seen at other locations. It's shimmery with a light pink on one side and a dark pink on the other side. I don't really like pink, but his tumbler caught my eye, so I purchased it as well. I need another cup like I need a hole in my head, lol.The cashier that rang me up was friendly. She tried to make small talk and said that she liked my phone case. I liked how they had samples of the different sized cups by the registers, so people know what size they're getting.
