Amazing and friendly staff, not like the ignorant and attitude filled baristas at the Starbucks down the street on Kalākaua Ave by the beach. Staff greet you and listen to your order. There is a reason this Starbucks is much higher rated than the other one. Do yourself a favor and walk to this one if you're looking for a Starbucks coffee.

I had to jump on here to shout out the baristas working the morning shift when the rain was pouring and EVERYONE in the hotel was at this Starbucks!! These amazing peeps Anna, Jake and JR kept their cool, made everyone feel seen during the madness and never compromised on quality control. No shortcuts, food came out asap and coffee was made with care. These three should be protected at all cost!

The service of the male employee who worked around 1 p.m. is the worst. Isn't it racist? Shouldn't you ask my name or give me a receipt and tell me what number I am? Neither of the orders did. I don't know if they are telling me to pick it up as soon as the menu comes out or what. Other Westerners often ask for names when they order lol

The location is great and very convenient but the food wasn’t good. I ordered at the register instead of mobile check out and waited for 10 ish minutes. The service was efficient and staff were kind but the food was not good. I had a turkey danish that was delivered to me folded in half. Unfortunately I only saw it when I had already left the lobby and couldn’t ask for a new one. About 20/30 minutes after eating it I got a terrible stomachache that lasted the whole morning (that was the only thing I had, alongside with water). I wouldn’t try the food from this location again. Can’t speak about the drinks as all I had was water

My husband and I came in for coffee — I had a Mocha Frappuccino (absolutely delicious and refreshing), and he had a Cappuccino, which he really liked. The drinks were well made and served with a smile.
The café itself has a very pleasant and cozy atmosphere. We found a great spot with stylish chairs and a view of the sky — it felt calm and relaxing, perfect for enjoying our drinks and just unwinding a bit.
A nice surprise: it was my husband’s birthday, and he received a free drink as part of Starbucks’ birthday rewards, which was a really sweet and appreciated gesture.
Everything about the visit was smooth and enjoyable. Great service, great drinks, and a great place to spend a quiet moment together. Would definitely come again!

This Starbucks is front & center inside the main lobby of the Waikiki Marriott. I stopped by to say ALOHA to the barrista Gabe who was transferred from the now closed Starbucks Kapahulu. I didn't order anything this time but the environment is remarkable.
