Had to have the barista remake my americano 3 times because it tasted weird. I left because it still tasted weird. Had someone at home taste it and they could tell half and half was going bad. They served me rotten product.

Ordered a Grande Mocha with whip. Did not not get whip and cup and was only half filled. over $6.00 for a drink. Don't go to this Starbucks. Cashier was great, but the older Caucasian gentleman that was making the drinks needs retraining. He doesn't know what he is doing.

The morning staff on 9/14 appeared quite clueless and unprofessional. If they can't prepare the drink correctly, at least they should provide good service. They were slow at taking orders, not due to being busy, but without providing any explanation for the delay. When I inquired about one ingredient in the drink, their attitude was not pleasant.Does Starbucks hire a lot of inexperienced staff at this location? They seem to work slower and appear less knowledgeable in general compared to other locations. I suggest that they go get some training.

Worst SB experience I have ever had. If you hate your job. QUIT! I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch with NO whip cream. He gave the cup, I asked nicely to take off the whip. Instead of scooping it off, he threw the up in the sink! Sarcasticly, he then asked his coworker if he should put the whip on bottom of the cup instead. He made the drink again and gave it to me with the cover on the side. Never again will I go here.

Parking is always terrible, and not fond of entering a grocery store to visit Starbucks, but as they say "when in Rome".
I have been back home only a week and have thoroughly enjoyed the staff here. Today I had the most delightful encounter with an associate named Kanako who inspired me to write this review. She brought a great end to my already magical day! The young man working with her was also wonderful!There is a large beautiful outdoor seating area that is so inviting, yet it is closed to the public. Apparently it has been closed since lockdown? Look forward to indulging in that space.Only thing I don't enjoy is the parking lot. Some young Asian boys in a BMW came speeding around a corner and almost hit me on my way out to Beretania. Maybe a few speed bumps? ?

Located inside Safeway on beretania. They don't take advanced orders through mobile so you will have to order in person. They do have a specials usually on Fridays so check them out. You can also earn points using your Safeway card when you purchase at the Starbucks.
