Fast, quick service for hot and cold beverages. They also have breakfast items, sandwiches, and snacks available. Order on the app or in person. A variety of drinks and snacks to order here. Relatively clean? I came in here near closing so it was busy with the promotion they had today (10/26/23). There is a bathroom, but you need to ask for the code.

The morning staff on 9/14 appeared quite clueless and unprofessional. If they can't prepare the drink correctly, at least they should provide good service. They were slow at taking orders, not due to being busy, but without providing any explanation for the delay. When I inquired about one ingredient in the drink, their attitude was not pleasant.Does Starbucks hire a lot of inexperienced staff at this location? They seem to work slower and appear less knowledgeable in general compared to other locations. I suggest that they go get some training.

REALLY slow service! I suggest you wait a while then go shopping after you place your order. Your drink should be done buy the time you leave the register. It took a while for Chrissy a while to take my order, I went to pay for two items at self check out and came back. The lady that was after me was still standing there waiting to place her order. She did the same thing! Granted Chrissy was there by herself, however, the last time I came with my daughter, Chrissy started my daughter's drink and left it in the blender. She had two other workers then and it was more important for them to clean instead of finishing a customer's drink. There was one person after us then and he got his drink before they finished my daughters. It's supposed to be a convenient to have Starbucks while you shop or after. But is it convenient with the wait? Is Starbucks really going to do anything to improve service? They get one star because I cannot post without at least one star. DISAPPOINTED!

Worst SB experience I have ever had. If you hate your job. QUIT! I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch with NO whip cream. He gave the cup, I asked nicely to take off the whip. Instead of scooping it off, he threw the up in the sink! Sarcasticly, he then asked his coworker if he should put the whip on bottom of the cup instead. He made the drink again and gave it to me with the cover on the side. Never again will I go here.

Very slow service. Seems like they need a better system. I waited 25mins in line with only 2 people ahead of me. Not your usual covenant Starbucks service
The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Good luck getting your drink, the Batista is more concerned with talking than making drinks.

Parking is always terrible, and not fond of entering a grocery store to visit Starbucks, but as they say "when in Rome".

They are almost always busy because I guess it's inside the Safeway beretania store. It's busy, just busy and being a Sunday it was very busy. I don't know why, but they have a cashier and one person working. However, the one person working was always working and the cashier never stepped in to help her. Her tickets were long and people's faces were so frustrated. I feel so badly that that cashier never stepped in once to help her. It just didn't make sense. I enjoyed my toffee nut soy latte Frappuccino and am so happy it came back!!! I just had my little push in my system to give me more energy. Perfect. The only thing I don't get is how I keep spending $7+ on a drink!! Silly but no complaints. Cheers to my barista who worked her arse off today by HERSELF smiling and thanking each customer too. That's awesome. The three stars are for the prices that we pay but her customer service was 5 stars.

I ordered the blonde vanilla latte. They gave it to me cold - I guess I've never had to ask for it hot but I think they always ask me hot or cold and this time they didn't. It was still good cold though, so now I know it's good both ways! My husband got a pineapple passion fruit refresher and that was really good too! Both drinks are gluten free for those of you who need it like I do. :) this Starbucks is located inside Safeway. Free parking is a plus when you're in Hawaii!
