Whenever my family and I goes grocery shopping we always visit this Starbucks location as their service is superb, staff were all very patient, friendly, they greet customers with a smile and I like how they make my coffee because I can taste my coffee or my chocolate unlike with the location in Ala Moana kinda beside the laser spa their drinks were all bland, ask for extra shots still the drinks were bland. That’s why we stopped going there and rather walk that far and go to this location (Keeamoku). I also love it when the staff draw a Keroppi on my cup, Keroppi was actually my favorite character from Sanrio. You made my day!

Service was horrible, I asked them if they can put my whip cream in the middle of my Frappuccino while they were making it they said yes then a minute later handed it to me with the whip cream on the top and it tasted like plain blended ice no taste whatsoever

There is a very racist clerk working there.
I visited two days in a row on the morning of January 28 and January 29, 2025, and experienced racial discrimination both times.
Yesterday, a middle-aged black female clerk kept saying "what? What?" without understanding me when I asked for an iced decaf soy latte.
It is very rude to say what without using another expression.
And I couldn't get my order right, so I ended up drinking an iced decaffeinated latte (milk) instead of an iced decaffeinated "soy" latte. (I am lactose intolerant.)
But today, unlike yesterday, the clerk was a very old white woman, so I went in and ordered an iced decaf soy latte and told her my English name was 'chloe'.
When I got home and looked at the cup, my name was written as 'con'.
It's absurd. My English isn't fluent, but my pronunciation isn't bad. In those few words, the pronunciation is definitely not so good that you can understand 'chloe' as 'con'.
After experiencing similar racial discrimination for two days in a row, I think that Starbucks next to Walmart is just crazy.
Service improvement is urgently needed. This is the worst store in Honolulu, racist and unfriendly.
I’ve ordered a Grilled Cheese Sour Dough & Trenta Iced Green Tea on Uber Eats and They Did Not Give My Iced Tea. They can’t even do a simple job
